The location-hillside. Tired to climb. Difficult and uneconomical to take a taxi. It is completely dark for the road to hotel at night with animals nearby. The service-the working hour of weekend is too early and short. I didn’t get any service these two days and I need to clean all the staff myself which makes checking out in the morning difficult especially when I have activities after and no one can help with the luggage when I go ocean rafting (start at 8am). The reply is a bit slow on booking messages.

This place is beyond magic! Absolutely beautiful views, very well equiped apartment that just feels like home, it had a really nice cosy, warm and welcoming vibe where it was just perfect to wake up every morning. We had a longer stay and enjoyed every minute of it, we didn't want to leave! The view is truly the best we've ever seen. Having our breakfast or dinner on the balcony was a highlight of our days. The bath is nice and big. It's really handy that the apartment had a washing machine, made our stay a lot easier. Just perfection.

Lovely open, airy and spotless apartment, had everything we needed. Great helpful staff too. The view from the balcony was stunning and worth the price of the steep, but short, walk up the hill. Only a quick 8’ish min walk to the Main Street, cutting thru the Woolies car park. Pool is a fab way to cool down after a walk back or a big day out too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The property is located up a fairly steep hill that may cause problems for some, particularly in the heat. However, taxis were easy to get and cost 7-10AUD

The location is great for the view, but the walk up the hill to reflections is steep. If you are elderly or mobility constrained you will need to catch a taxi.

The shower tiles and grouting were not clean with some mould on white tiles next to shower. The overall flooring and some of the glass panels on the balcony were not clean.

The view was beautiful however did feel the gardens looking out from the balcony could do with a bit of attention. The bed was super comfy.

Having only one hairdryer for three rooms was a bit inconvenient.

The only thing was that the shower constantly overflowed/sprayed into the toilet area. The floor was always wet, so we used a mop the sweep the water back into the shower after every shower.

Unfortunately it is at the top of a very very steep hill.Easy to walk down but definitely a taxi back up about $10/$12. Also jacuzzi was cold when we were there.

The apartment was amazing and huge with fantastic views with a wrap around balcony, huge kitchen/living room with everything in it.
