It was cold in the room and impossible to turn on the heater.

Spacious, comfortable bed with curtains! There is a large locker in the bedroom. The staff is very responsive when we have questions.

Bathroom should be better, I asked them to let my luggage at Venus before check in time and they send me to another place, should have reception or storage for this kind of stuff, they don’t allow late check out

In venus surry hills the room was full of things around like dirty clothes and food. Not all in the room care about the tidyness and the toilet was always with floor wet.

The regular clean of common areas and in surry hills all the spaces you have to be chill and relax. Beds super comfy and windows to keep the room ventilated is a plus. It is a perfect place to rest since it is not a party hostel.

Only two bathrooms, they were sufficient, but it could be a bit more for convenience.

Nice that there's a requirement for silence in the night - this hostel is visibly also for people who stay longer, no party hostel. I appreciated that the bed has curtains which adds to privacy. It's been spacious enough as well, so no cramped rooms. Pretty convenient location.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the location is perfect, the rooms are nice and tidy, although there is no reception, the communication through Goki or WhatsApp is super easy and quick !

No storing space for food as it was all full so I ended up eating outside everyday. There was a fridge in the room but it was also pretty packed. Maybe spaces could be assigned according to bed numbers. The fire alarm woke us up at 4:40 am (it was a false alarm and girls there said it happened often)

Great value. It was always clean. There were rules that kept rooms quite and each bed had a black curtain to give you privacy and darkness.

It wasn't really comfortable, there isn't a place to leave your things after check out, I fight to find my room, my bed was too high, the room had too many things from the hostel, the bathroom doesn't have a hair dryer!!

When I took my shower, all the bathroom was wet: Water evacuation to be improved. Bad indication of the kitchen: I was in the building next to the one containing the kitchen and no information was given to know where the kitchen was located.

The view, beds, quiet place, outside pretty good ! And the localisation for sure, we can do every things by walk

The bathrooms are cleaned often but because there a so few it’s still not very clean. The bedsheets had some stains and the hostel is not social, even though everyone is friendly.

The location is excellent. It’s good choice for the price.

Not clean at all, my room door was missing a piece, fortunately no cockroach came inside. I extended my stay and they gave a new room that was even less clean. A death cockroach and webs were everywhere.

The common areas are so small, we dont have enough space to sit down and eat because you will be sharing with people who using laptop. (which I did both). The toilet and shower room is very small too, and a little bit old, but cleaniness is okay as they clean it often. My room is under ground, it's a lil bit humid. There's no lift in this building and the stairs is small, so it's a lil bit for the one with big & heavy luggage.

The dryer is working very well as all my clothes even the thick one got dried. Is a good place to meet people around the world. The bed is comfortable and the room is actually have plenty of space.

Sometimes there was a small line in front of the bathroom. But you could simply go to the house next door and use the bathrooms there.

The houses are really nice and the kitchen is super stylish. The bed was also really comfortable and also the curtain made sleeping really easy.

The common space is a bit too small for so many people. You’re rather unable to find a place to work or study for a while. And the upper beds are moving when you’re climbing up so I guess it’s really annoying for the person down there

The bathroom situation was a bit difficult backside there was only two bathrooms and a lot of girls. Wasn’t a major issue, just spent a lot of time waiting for the bathroom.

The beds with curtains were great and the size and security of the room was better than expected. Felt very safe and comfortable leaving our stuff when going out.

There's no enough socket in the room You might need to brought a big power bank so that you can charge during night especially if you are assigned to the upper bunk
