Staying at this hostel was such a treat! The view from my room was incredible—I could see the Harbour Bridge right from my window. And with Bondi Beach so close by, I felt like I had the best of Sydney at my fingertips.

There was no staff around except for the cleaner, so everything was managed through the 'Goki' app, from opening the front door to requesting towels. I liked the system, but I'll leave it up to you to decide if it's for you. The building I stayed in (141) had only one working shower for three floors and several rooms, including mine with four people, so I often had to go to the neighboring building (143) where there were plenty of showers. Thankfully, it was right next door and you can enter it via the back garden

One of the best things about this place is that they provide both breakfast and dinner. Secondly, its location is great—it's close to Kings Cross train station, which quickly takes you into the city center. I had a quiet and restful sleep on a very comfy bed, with plenty of space to store my luggage and food. I stayed in Room 9, which even had its own fridge and sink, as well as some comfy seats by the window overlooking the street.

The staff are kind, but they are not at the front desk most of the time. Contacting in WhatsApp is not enough to solve issues. The bathroom may need some repairs and maintenance. And I couldn't find where the laundry room is.

The location is convenient. The bathroom is a little crowded but enough to use. The kitchen is well equipped, although sometimes not so tidy. Also I love the mattress.

Potts Point is truly a gem!

I’ve stayed in many hostels, but Potts Point stands out for its hospitality. The management was always around for a chat, and the remote receptionist was super responsive when I needed help booking a tour. It was so reassuring to have such a supportive team. Plus, the proximity to both Town Hall and Bondi Beach was a huge bonus!

The photos on booking.com is not so true to the reality. The lack of bathrooms is also a problem. There could have been some chair and table in the double room.

Staff is always quick to reply. Location is great. Free dinner is a plus.

It is so exhausting to take more than 22 hours flight and finding this place was easy. I also had a good rest and did not have to worry about finding place to eat because it is surrounded by a lot of cafes.

I had a problem the first night with a girl who lives in the hostel and maybe has some psychological issues, and I asked to change the bed or the room since I didn't feel safe or comfortable. At first, the hostel didn't believe me and didn't give a real solution. But then I wrote to whatsapp number, and they helped me and understood my problem. So I just recommended asking a solution if you don't feel comfy with something about hostels.

I like that it was always clean and tidy, at least my room. The meals are pretty good, and the location is perfect for backpackers arriving in Sydney.I like that it was always clean and tidy, at least my room. The private toilet was always clean, but I heard about other rooms where the cleanliness wasn't very good.

The bathroom facilities were very small and awkward. When we first arrived it was unclear which building our room was in.
