The air-conditioner smell is so bad i think because of mould. We have to pay if we need anything. Even Guy in reception doesn't wanna give free things in their own list.

The Apartment was very clean but location was a bit out of the way, we needed a car to get around. Also the stairs were a hazard for us.

Property doesn't respond to Booking.com requests or communicate with travellers who have asked questions on their site. Have to call them direct to get any answers. Staff not overly welcoming/friendly. Bed was comfortable enough, but linen was fairly old and worn thin, and only a thin bedspread provided, no quilts. No extra blankets/pillows available in cupboards. Apartments on road-side of property are not very well soundproofed, so early morning traffic was quite noisy.

Location to CBD and airport is good. Quiet neighbourhood. Property carpark is secured at night. Pleasant grounds. Apartments are quite roomy.

The floors needed a wash, a drawer was off its runners, the washing machine broke down. To his credit the owner did attempt to repair it but unfortunately was unable to. Kitchen could do with another power point, only two outlets.

The location was great. Very close to the centre of Cairns but far enough out for an easy exit to the highway to go further North. There was ample linen and towels. The pool looked great but sadly, we didn't use it. It has a washing machine and dryer plus clothes aiders. Kitchen and laundry supplies were readily available. Friendly staff, willing to help when needed.

I booked a ground floor unit but after driving two days was told not available and had to stay in another unit block. Unit was a bit tired but serviced our needs

Male in office lacked customer service skills, presentation and personal hygiene. Room was comfortable, basic but tired, worn and in need of updating and a thorough clean.

Reasonably close to local shops. Pleasant pool and bbq area. Good for budget stays.

The floor wasn’t swept. Supervision of staff would be be a good thing .. They obviously need it). don’t just look at the paper on the wall, make sure there is a spare, we ended up buying our own, plus paper towels, dishwashing soap ( again such a small amount in container, not enough)

The total lack of hospitality from the owners who treated us like a inconvenience rather then guests.

The location was okay if you don’t mind being woken up at 6am by overflying planes. We liked Cairns especially the Esplanades.

Apartment could of been cleaner. It is looking very tired. Painting walls would go a long way in making the place cleaner. TV didn't work, but it was fixed asap. So was most grateful.

Two of the dining chairs were broken and one of the “good” chairs broke whilst I was sitting on it. I landed most unceremoniously on the floor (and I’m not a large overweight person). the shower screen was also off it’s hinges, and was fixed promptly upon us notifying this fact.

2nd floor was a little awkward with large bags. Self replenishing of milk, tea, coffee etc is fine, but starting with just 1 toilet roll for 4 nights and paying for extras is a little petty.

Even though it was hot, aircon wouldn’t run in two rooms and we all 5 had to eventually move to one room and beats the purpose of double bed room. Also wifi is charged at $2 per hour which sounded pre historical.

Aircon was set to a minimum of 23 degrees, not cool enough. Only one toilet roll supplied, additional rolls could be purchased. Bed in main room was only a double, would expect a queen size now days.
