Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe staff weren’t very helpful, the parking was a bit ridiculous there was no option to add on an extra car space for a 3bedroom apartment and we were told we were unable to use visitor parking to unpack (they wouldn’t remove the bolsters). We were told to use the public chevron parking which was $25 a day and no guarantee of a spot once paid for.
The view, the facilities, the apartment it’s self was great just a bit dated and marked.

AustraliaBed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was so hard my partner and I had sore backs by the end of the trip.
Pool facilities were fantastic, the outdoor lagoon was wonderful with our toddler as he loved playing in the sand and being able to walk around the shallow areas. The hotel had a great central location with access to shops and restaurants. There was a coles right behind the hotel which was handy for getting things for the kids. The rooms had a washer and dryer which was an added bonus. Everything was clean if a bit run down.

New ZealandThe neighbouring childcare center within the mall seem to use a space directly below the tower as a dumping ground for their old/broken gear which is a bit of an eye sore for tenants.
The location is a bonus, especially with the mall/supermarket below. The facilities provided within the complex are very good. The lagoon pool and gardens are lovely.
