The amenities in the apartment were dated, and some dirt build-up was observed on the bathroom floor.

The location was close to cavil Avenue and had a water view. The beds were comfortable. For the room rate, it was good value.

The bathtub shower was steep and I feel it needed a handrail for safety.

The location was excellent, close to Cavill Street Mall. We parked our car on day one and walked everywhere. Having a washing machine and drier, plus a dish washer was very handy. Free parking was a bonus.

Can be a little noisy at night/weekends with sirens, screaming, but given the location no fault of the apartment complex.

Great location, close to shops, supermarkets, beach. Walking distance to everything including public transport. On-site parking is easy, never an issue with availability. Apartment views are great. Clean rooms with great amenities. Apartments are on the older side however updated furniture and decor.

Floor was dirty by the cooker, thought it was permanent marks only to wipe with a tissue at the dirt was coming off. Thought cleaning wasn’t done well, unfortunately. Didn’t like the angle and pressure of the bathroom sink tap, just a slight open for handwashing would send water splashing onto the basin and the floor!

Pillows were terrible in both units. Seemed to be an issue with our booking when we checked in making us feel anxious as no explanation was given. Couches in one unit were very hard.

The location was perfect. Couch was comfortable in one unit, terribly hard in the other unit. Apart from when we check-in the staff were friendly, willing to help. Getting more kitchen supplies and toilet paper was easy. Extending our stay and a linen change was easy. Plenty of nice hand, hair and body wash.

They ask for 500 dollar refundable deposit and then return the amount 7-10 days after you check out. I check out today so waiting for the refund as it’s been 1 day currently.

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment. It had a great view on the 31st floor. clean and very nice apartment. close to everything. the have greats restaurants and a Coles right below. so everything is there. also the indoor pool is huge and nicely made. good facilities.

Hard to navigate around after hrs for other people we were with in separate towers spa in main pool area didn’t work and something they used in the elevator to clean ruined a shirt one of us wore no one was much help with a resolution to that as they said body corp problem which was a bit off putting

The top loading washer under the wall mounted dryer was a little tricky, but honestly not a big deal at all. As you are in the heart of surfers it can get a bit loud with street noise on the weekend nights but not too bad really.

The room was comfortable, the hotel facilities were amazing. The location was super convenient and central to everything and the free secure parking was a bonus!

I requested a high floor as it was my first time to the Gold Coast with an ocean view, I was told I had a guaranteed ocean view, preferably in the same tower as friends checking in the following day. None of these request were actioned. When checking in, I was not made aware of any services, access to areas, lifts off after 9pm with no signage. Better communication is required.

The location was great, as was the hotel and the room except no ocean view.

The bed was quite hard and not very comfortable and the kitchen wasn't very well stocked with cutlery and utensils.

The location was so handy to everything. The pool area was fantastic and the kids had hours of fun. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was a very good size and 2 bathrooms which was great. Lots of parking available.
