We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe key wasn't available when we went to check in, but the staff member responded and arrived promptly to sort us out. There was still rubbish in the bin on arrival and the main bathroom smelled faintly of urine until we flushed the bathtub out. Altogether very happy with our stay, and would come again, but feel the cleaners let the team down a bit with all of the above.
Lovely accommodation. Much larger than expected but pleasantly so. Lots of little touches made it welcoming and comfortable, with a touch of luxury. Convenient location in walking distance to everything. Private villa with the rainforest as backdrop made it feel like we were somewhere else.

The property exceeded my expectations. The layout suited my family. The champagne and fruit on arrival were lovely. The villa was thoughtfully fitted out with everything to make the holiday comfortable and homely. The outlook over the rainforest was tranquil. It was very quiet and private.

AustraliaFor someone with Mobility issues such as myself who has a injured knee / it was very challenging. There is a moat of water and steps to walk over to get to the front door. this is tricky when carrying luggage in. Both Toilets are located OUTSIDE your bedroom - as in your walk out the bedroom onto a deck and then up into the toilet block. not so fun in the middle of the night on a winters night. so strange they haven’t made this change when everything else is inside. The lounge in our two bedroom villa is not very supportive to sit on for hours and we got a sore back from this over a few days. loved the location to Byron Bay shops and restaurants. hand rails for people who have trouble with stairs Would make it easier to get around. The pool has nothing to hold into either. i had to sort of throw myself in the spa to get in and then crawl onto the deck to get out. Some handles around the exit entrance of the spa would be handy.
The location and faculties are amazing. private and close to Byron Bay center which is only a few mins drive. the Ambiance of the property is just beautiful. The facilities are well stocked and the champagne and fruit on arrival is a beautiful touch. i also loved the heated floor tiles to walk around on as I was there in winter. loved the shower with the wooden bench seat and hand held shower feature it was so relaxing to sit under work warm water.

AustraliaI didn't like the Interactions we had with Brooke . I liked booking .com interface but If this was my property I would seriously rethink the staffing of who interacts with your customers. I booked with booking .com for our original 3 night stay . I then (2 weeks before our arrival ) contacted villas direct to enquire if I could add an additional 2 nights . Brooke advised and also confirmed my email that was possible and I then had to follow up to see how if she would take payment . I paid and have it in writing for two additional nights . On the day before I was due to checkout I received a rather irate call from Brooke that I had not checked out . I had advised that was I was not supposed to check out till the next day. She was rude and said 'we may have had that conversation but you can appreciate that I deal with many properties and you have not paid for two nights . I was 1.5 hours away from Byron when I got that call a d had to return to pack up all because she made An admin error . Then
