We did find the bed a bit small.

Spacious, quiet, thoughtfully laid out, kitchen had everything needed, thoughtful items in bathroom/laundry, helped make stay easy. Also finding a plugboard in kitchen drawer was useful, we used it to plug in/charge our devices in the bedroom. Electric blanket was appreciated.

We got the key/code from the owner and he gave us the tour of the apartment which helped a lot.

We could have done with a heater in the bedroom as it was very cold of a night. Also an Ixl tastic for the bathroom which had nothing. At temperatures of -1 in the morning the idea of entering a cold bathroom was not very inviting. Although we did not need one a washing machine was included but no means of drying the clothes in winter. On a short stay and a long road trip it would be much appreciated by interstate or long distance travelers

Little extras like biscuits and bottled water were a nice thought. Furnishings were all quality and the unit was very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

There's nothing to not like about this accommodation ... we highly recommend it as a base for touring the New England area, or as a place to stay for a university intensive or for graduation, it has all the comforts of home and has been thoughtfully prepared and stocked by the owners.

A wonderful location, tasteful and well-equipped with high-quality appliances, convenient for the university, comfortable bed, excellent heating, fully stocked kitchen, great water pressure and temperature.

Not walking distance to central Armidale but it doesn't really matter as you are likely to have a car and everything is 6 minutes

I did feel that facecloths could have been supplied in bathroom, but with everything else supplied in the entire apartment it was a very minor detail and didn’t affect my stay.

Availability of aircon and ceiling fan was great as it was very hot and humid. Lovely sheets and bathroom towels and bed was extremely comfortable. Decor and lighting gave the apartment great ambience and artwork on walls was very interesting. Hosts were lovely too and helpful. A wonderful experience at this property and have already discussed with other family members about using this apartment if accommodation is required.

The owners had provided us with information about opening times over Christmas of cafes in the area which was very helpful and considerate. As we had hail it was helpful and a relief that we could use the undercover parking while they were away. The bathroom is large and modern and the whole studio is very comfortable and looks out onto a lovely courtyard area.

I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like, everything was great.

It was perfect, great hosts, great location, we will definitely stay again next time we come down. Lots of toiletries, tea and coffee. Fresh towels, great big comfy bed. Perfect.

Such cosy accommodation! The facilities were wonderful and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was nice and warm, and had a lovely atmosphere. Hosts were so kind upon my arrival and didn't bother me throughout the stay. They washed the bedding half way through the stay which was a nice touch.
