You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Australiato be honest there was nothing I didn't like about our room but two chairs in the room would have been good so we could sit at the table together to eat
it was easy to get my elderly mother in and out the room. everything was neat and tidy and the staff were great especially from the dining area. The man who served us went out of his way to accommodate my 90 year old mother so she did not have to sit around and wait for a table as they were fully booked out. definitely will stay again.

AustraliaAlthough the rooms were very secure the carparking wasn't as that formed part of the hotel carparking. It didn't seem to be an issue but you couldn't park in front of the unit. Also the chair provided in the room was comfortable enough but too low to be readily used with the bench for eating and working. One extra chair a bit higher would be ideal.
The rooms have been upgraded to include great decor, good aircon and a very comfortable bed. Shower worked well and plenty of space in the room. Security was excellent and although on a main road the room was very quiet. Great having the hotel next door and it provided a really nice dinner. Staff were very friendly.

We actually ended up not staying at the Clovercrest. We had two rooms booked - one was ok, the other stank of cigarette smoke. After telling the staff, Ashlee was awesome and organised alternative accommodation at the Highlander a few km down the road. Took a short while to organise, but the outcome was great. Problems will always happen. The issue is how they are dealt with. This was handled exceptionally.
