Being on the second floor, made it a little difficult for my friend with bad knees - I should have requested ground floor. The shower was a little awkward in its placement but great flow. It was a little noisy in the morning with movement along the common balcony outside and voices in the car park.

The room was a reasonable size for 3 single beds, clean and well presented. The beds were comfortable. It had a bar fridge with a freezer that actually worked. The staff at the hotel were friendly & accommodating. Because it was a motel attached to a pub, reception was available for extended hours.

When I switched on the heater, it was set to 30 degrees, and I immediately knocked it down to 22. I soon realised why. The heater was hopeless and even when I put it back up to 30, it was still cold by the time I went to bed. I spent the evening with a blanket draped over me to stay warm. It got down to 3 degrees that night. I hope they fixed it for tonight because it's forecast to be -1 degrees.

Excellent central location. Definite value for money in the budget traveller accommodation category. Huge room with brilliant facilities, and despite the location on the corner of the main route through town and my room being right on the road frontage - on a busy Friday night - it was surprisingly and blissfully quiet.

We were in Goulburn on a massively busy weekend. Multiple major events and roadworks on the highway saw the hotel chock a block full of people and workers sleeping. Every room available was full. The hotel was very noisy. Early nights were not a viable option. In the end, we just stayed in the bar, and went to bed late. Can't beat em, join em!

Excellent location. Restaurant and bar are excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful

No hot water in the morning for my shower even after letting the water run for a few minutes.

It was central, close to supermarket and a chef who knew how to cook a Parma.

The Draft through the door was very chilly (It was very windy that day ), the air-conditioning kinda helped but every now and then a cold draft would come through. This isn't really a dislike but we asked for a double bed and a single but we ended up having 3 singles instead, It is what it is but it was just a little disappointing but not to the point where it was worth making a fuss.

The check in was easy and the staff was great despite how busy it was at the time that we checked in (6.15pm), the staff member that checked us in was informative and let us know everything we needed to. The room was also clean, Tidy, and smelled fresh.

More maintenance on the fittings in the room is needed as the cupboard doors are falling off..

wind drafts through the door gaps constantly plunge the room to almost icy cold during the night. Had the aircon/heater not worked it be freezing in the room. Rubbish 🗑️ left by previous guests left in the bin. The wifi 🛜 was almost unusable and dropout frequently

The room was great. It was ready and checked in right away without any hiccups.

I would like to see allocated car spaces for each room on site. Most motels normally have tissues in the room, this would be handy. A bread-and-butter plate, and some wine glasses would be nice.

The room was comfortable, and they did put a microwave and toaster in the room for me. I arrived early and located a car park on site. I was going out late in the afternoon and realised the car park was full at this stage. I enquired at Reception if I use my car and return later would I still have a car park on site? I was advised they were very busy, and I would most likely have to park on the road.

Bathroom light didn't work in 32 Asked a bar staff were to find reception and he pointed without speaking. We thought he meant outside. We walked around building and had to call a few times to figure out where to go to check in. That was confusing. Carpark was really tight. If we're paying for accommodation, why wouldn't there be parking bay allocated to that room like most hotel/motels. Could do with a bedside lamp.

Bed and sheets were beautiful. Comfortable bed. Good nights sleep. Nice and warm. Air con heating great. Room was clean. Water pressure in shower was good. Plenty of room for bags.
