We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

What an excellent team of staff. They went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special. From arranging a local wine and cheeseboard full of produce from the area to a personal greeting from the manager when we visited the bistro, we were treated like long lost friends. Nothing was too much trouble. Our two nights felt like much longer and was full of personal touches. We felt like we were valued, welcome and VIPs. We were the recipients of customer service not often found these days. They have a well maintained culture of exceptional customer care. Thankyou for this amazing experience. We would highly recommend this place.

AustraliaNo hand rails to get in and out of the spa. I have 2 very sore knees and need as much help getting in and out of pools and spas. The breakfast was very disappointing.
I booked mainly for the heated pool and restaurant on site. Great bonus our unit came with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/deck and room for 2 cars at our door. The heater worked well and bedroom heaters that we didn’t need electric blankets in May.

Great accommodation, very clean and very spacious. Lovely bathroom and a kitchen that would have been more than ideal if we had been staying more than one night. Overall a very good experience and somewhere we will have no hesitation in recommending.
