Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Stunning location. Completely in the forest under the canopy of the trees. Beautiful energy. The bird seed and time with birds was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was lovely and had all the comforts. Bed was a bit hard for my liking but my partner liked it.

Only downside (which didn't bother me but my son & daughter in law) was that there really is limited Internet service.... But I really see this as a positive cause it really get's you off the grid of life!! And the gentleman that owns the property (he's the only one we met) is absolutely beautiful.... Thank you for having us... We will definitely be back.

We had the pleasure of staying in chalet number one. It was quite cozy and beautiful both inside and outside. The rain provided a soothing sound on the roof, and we enjoyed the presence of the birds.

Beautiful cabin set amongst nature. Bird sounds were great and fireplace wonderful. Very neat and tidy. Spacious lounge so didn't feel squashed in. Full size kitchen so easy to cook during your stay and loved relaxing after a walk in the spa bath!

Hubby & I spent 2 nights at this lovely retreat as part of a 4 night "escaping the daily grind" getaway to Springbrook, and absolutely loved it. Reasonably priced, especially compared to other retreats in the area which have become more costly over recent years. The chalets are nestled deep within the rainforest, far enough away from the local roads/community to allow decent peace & quiet. The serenity is bliss! We loved the fireplace and the corner spa. Feeding the local birdlife on our verandah every day was also a highlight for us. The owner (Paul) was also a delight to interact with, very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay, our only regret is that we weren't able to book for longer (sold out) as we could have easily spent a few more nights here. Thanks Paul & Sharron for your lovely hospitality! We hope to return sometime in the near future :)

Spatious cabin in forest. Enjoyed hand feeding the Rosella's that visited cabin. Good kitchen facilities and outdoor area. We enjoyed having a wood burner which made the cabin cosy of an evening. Great base for exploring NP. Provided cooking essentials such as spray oil and salt and pepper which was appreciated.
