The bed was uncomfortable and had slopes towards head so feet up more than head obviously a well used bed The room service meals were not that excellent for the price of them The croque Monsieur wasn't impressed as being a pre made toasted sandwich and not worth the price

Overall, the stay was excellent buffet breakfast, great value for money, and plenty of choice and polit frindly staff very clean rooms

Everything was fantastic however purpose of the stay was for a birthday. Didn’t receive any acknowledgement in the room or from staff despite advising them beforehand. E.g breakfast, champagne in room, room upgrade, etc

Great location, beautiful hotel . I loved the restaurant server I think he’s name is Gogo, he’s a super star. He would great us every morning with a smile and remembered us by first name . The facilities were good too, nice gym and pool. My favourite Sofitel so far . Thank you

The airconditioning. Even when I set it to the coolest temperature of 18C, it still felt quite warm. (It was better once I closed off the sliding doors to the bathroom). I suspect it'll be too warm in summer.

I loved the ambience of the place- edgy and stylish! The Garcon Bleu restaurant looked amazing, too.

We had breakfast in the club lounge. the service for a cooked breakfast was a little slow. no fault of the staff though.

The ambience we were there for a very sad occasion. I cannot speak highly enough of Casey (KC) and his team in the club lounge. The were extremely considerate and thoughtful.

The room had a weird looking chandelier made from metalwork. There did not appear to be a light switch for it. I did not like the Orwellian- like round mirror at all- it looks like a surveillance tool.

Amy and Rina were my favourite staff at the restaurant. I loved the individualised cooked breakfast experience. All meals served were excellent. I slept very well. I loved my view and the sofa by the windiw configuration. The shower was the best I’ve ever used in a five star hotel, including the Villaroy and Boch appliances.

Only disadvantage is that you don't have a spa in with the pool. If you did that would be amazing!

It took 2 requests to get the batteries in the remote replaced so that the tv would work and we had issues during the whole stay with the tablet in the room which was how you ready hotel information and ordered room service (Unable to do).

Didn’t like the bar and foyer of the hotel. Felt there was no where to sit. We were are group of 10 and there were times where we would all be standing to have a drink. Feel the positioning of the bar isn’t in the right place.

The staff were so good, easily the highlight of the stay, everyone you interacted with was so polite and attentive. Then there were the staff you didn’t interact with including when we left for dinner and came back to find some tea and kettles ready for an after noon tea and bed adjusted for sleeping. The bedding was comfortable, including the 2 different pillows if you prefer a thicker or thinner pillow. The selection of lighting was great and convenient and the blinds worked well to block out the light including since we stayed on a corner room which made that more important.
