Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesNothing.. just some recommendations.. be careful with your key, so aways remember to take it with you when you go outside. Needed a bit more light in the room especially where the mirror is mainly at night time, but there is plenty of light in bathroom so that is ok.
Great location!! Room was large and comfortable. Kitchen had a fridge, there is an iron in the common area and bathrooms and shower were good. Staff were accommodating and I accidentally locked myself outside my room but the night manager lives in-house so it took less than 10min to get help. Very close to Wynyard Station so easily accessible from airport and had many options to get food from at any hour. There is a fan for cooling the room.

AustraliaHaving to pay for 2 rooms when one room could easily had accomodated 3 people, with a double and single bed inside one that was booked. The price for what we get is good its just the quality and the mold in the bathroom the bathroom itself feels icky. Last time I stayed, alot was under reno so hopefully with time theres improvement.
The locations was great and I love how friendly staff are.

It was very convenient being so close to the city. Vanessa the receptionist made my stay very good, she was always welcoming and made adjustments to make my stay better. I’ll be definitely coming back to siesta or refer my friends and family to come here.

Very well located - everything was within a 20 minute walk. The selling point for this property were the kitchen and the free laundry service - both excellent and really made the stay. Our floor was very quiet and we had it almost to ourselves at times ( or so it felt!) There was also a free breakfast of muesli, coffee/tea and bread which was great! Felt expensive when we checked in but your money goes far here for Sydney
