Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe on line check in and check out did not function and we needed assistance with the self service check in and check out. Insufficient staff were present at check in when 300 people were arriving for the Hunter Culinary Association "Food Fight" charity function. Once checked in and in the function there appeared to be plenty of staff to serve but most of these were from Hunter TAFE.
It has excellent facilities for functions and just enjoying yourself with friends in the bar areas inside and outside.

Australiaordering of food and drink when using your club membership. I wanted to order both wine and food, from the bar, however, was told that i had to go to the restaurant and order both wine and food there to obtain the discount. You need to put up signage regarding this as when you are busy and having to wait in lines and then only to be told you need to go some where else to order this is very frustrating.
whilst we didn't have breakfast in house, we did utilise the restaurants and bar areas. all the rooms and facilities were very clean and always enjoy our stay when we visit.

AustraliaBecause we are in what is called the 'Senior' age group, we did find it difficult to access the shower via the bathtub. The high step in was rather daunting and hard on arthritic joints.
We were very surprised at the amount of guests being catered for very well at breakfast. The number of people arriving at the same time were all seated without any problems and the food choices were exceptional.
