Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

AustraliaThe pillows and mattress could have been a bit more comfortable on the beds. And I would’ve appreciated a net curtain for privacy as well as having the Blockout curtains. Also, second day I had a cold shower in the morning – not sure why? All else fine, thank you.
Riverside is in a fantastic location, can reach so many parts of the city on foot and explore the cultural centre so easily. Staff were very helpful at all times.

AustraliaBed mattress was a bit past its use by date very saggy not very supportive. TV needed a university degree to work and kept dropping free tv out and was a bit stressy to find way back to it. overall the room was good for its age.
easy access to room and room was a good size, the facilities were good. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was above average for a buffet with a large variety. The premises were clean we will probably return.

AustraliaI chose not to have my room serviced most days because I was there for 10 days and didn't need it. On the days it was serviced it wasn't cleaned and on one occasion nothing in the bathroom was replaced. But I appreciate that it was a busy time.
Have stayed at this hotel many times mainly because of the location - very close to QPAC, Art Gallery and walking distance to CBD. It's fairly basic but comfortable and clean, and it has free parking. Will definitely stay there again.

AustraliaBucket with last residents cigarette butts left on balcony. A little maintenance would be good, curtains coming away from bracket and carpet not clean.
Location was fabulous, pool was great. The $10 voucher for no cleaning slightly disingenuous. Would have been nice for meals other than breakfast. The room cleaning staff were good, very helpful and pleasant.
