Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Australiathe fact that i need to request cleaning with a green card every morning before 10? not happening. its my holdiay i prefer cleaning to be done more flexible way. wish just use paper sign on the door. also there is previous customers? possibly cause smoke smell hanging around the room.
nice spacious place. nice size bed and bath tub. location is prime too. easy enough to check in late night.

AustraliaThere was a bit of confusion about room service and they didn't refill the tea and coffee supplies when we asked, then the next day they only partially refilled them but did other things. The rooms are really dated and need some refurbishment. The curtain was falling off the rail, the bathroom tiles were chipped and very worn. The soaps in the shower could be a lot nicer with little effort.
The front desk staff and location were excellent. The room was comfortable and it was totally fine for a couple of nights.

AustraliaOur room was last in the corridor so when maintenance outside was being done it was pretty noisy. Lucky we were out most of the time. The air-conditioning was very loud so lucky we were tired and slept okay.
Location and staff were lovely. The rooms are a great size and comfortable. Michelle at reception was amazing.

AustraliaThe bed was too soft for me, but many will like that. I just happen to like a very hard bed. I also found the key system slightly difficult to operate and even key replacement wasn't great but was an improvement. Just took a few tries to get the door to work.
Location is fantastic for anyone with business in the CBD area or just for a city visit. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that the rooms stick out from a central corridor, so you have cross ventilation from windows on either side. I don't know if all rooms are like this, but it was nice and quiet, though the views weren't spectacular because of this. If you want great city views, go elsewhere. There was both a bath and a shower, and room service was on request rather than daily which suited me just fine. Complimentary water and milk as well as a couple of bowls and spoons in addition to the usual tea cups and teaspoons were all good. Room and bathroom were a good size. It's just up the road from Coles and Woolworths, so easy to get food or visit one of the many eateries within a stone's throw.

AustraliaThe street seems a bit dangerous late at night so not sure I'd recommend it for a solo guest who intends to be out and about at night. Building is pretty old and dated but the rooms are very nice.

Definitely loved the location right in the middle of Rundle Mall. We had a one bedroom suite of Level 5 which had a balcony overlooking the mall - was very roomy with lots of space, the bed was super comfortable with a great spacious ensuite.
