Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe bathroom was not a clean as I would have liked. Grout on tiles are in need of a good clean as was the floor which may just have been the age of the tiles but the rest of the apartment was clean and comfortable
Jason on reception was so helpful! When WAZE sent me to an incorrect lane at back of the building he was so helpful to redirect me plus stayed a little later to wait for me to check in. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location on Cnr of Grenfell and King William and not far from the Adelaide Central markets with many restaurants near by. We had 2 king beds in the 2 br apartment which was so spacious and had all that we needed although for an overnight stay.
