We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe recently stayed at Pacific Beach Resort during the Ironman 70.3 event, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The room was modern, spotless, and provided all the comfort we needed after long days of activities. The location was absolutely ideal, especially for the event, as the resort was right across from the finish line, making it incredibly convenient. Being so close to everything, we were able to fully enjoy both the race and the local area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in a prime location!

United Arab EmiratesCheck in was tricky. The balcony door does not lock. The TV in the lounge room had no sound- could not get it working. The remote for the bedroom TV did not work. Due to check in being closed, there was no one to report this to and as well only one set of keys were provided which proved challenging. Wall colors are blue and yellow which are awful and very dated. It is expensive for a stay from 3pm to 945am the next day.
It is a brilliant position. The balcony boasts amazing views. It is spacious. The bed is very comfortable.

The view is spectacular. The location to the beach and the Surf Club is good. It so near to walk to Coles Supermarket in very convenient for obtaining anything required with BWS and Bakers Delight there as well. It is a great location for dedicated walker being able to use dedicated pathways either direction. Also very readily able to use the facilities on the river such as the Pier and also the Marina's Fisheries Outlets.
