You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location was great as we were heading to airport for an early flight. Room was clean, tidy and very quiet. Reception was closed when we arrived but check-in was still simple through the adjoining spirits bar. An on-site restaurant was perfect for an evening meal too.

Australiathe toilet press button was not attached properly to the top of toilet systern the toilet cleaning brush was not attached to the handle the bath drain hole had no cover we managed ok but if there had of been kids it could of been a problem they tend to poke things down holes but we enjoyed ourselves I won a few dollars on the pokies and meals were good bar and kitchen staff lovely girls we will come again room 15

It’s got the lot, meals, drinks, TAB if you want it, there was live music-too loud for us oldies but it’s there if you want it, great shower pressure, comfy sofa, 4 chairs and table if you want to eat in. Shops-cafe-bakery-supermarket and more all in the same complex. Loads of parking. Only 15 mins to the airport.
