The TV didn't work which was a pity. Also the pillow case I had wasn't clean.

The room was clean (mostly) and warm with a fresh clean bathroom. A nice outlook from the room in a quiet location.

Nothing related to motel, but you won't find better food nearby. So come prepared for that.

The hotel was great! So accommodating and the staff were very friendly. We have four boys staying for work and they had hot food available for them at the end of a long day when everything else was closed.

Room was smaller than expected, it wasn't a problem but if you had a lot of luggage it would be a bit squashy. The small room size meant that it was very warm and cosy.

Our family of 5 stayed in a family room. The affordable room was small but very clean, warm and cosy on a cold night. Beds were comfortable and we had a beautiful sleep in a quiet location. The host is super friendly and makes you feel really welcome. We would definitely stay again if passing through that way.

I was visited by a mouse and there was an invasion of millipedes. Both issues need to be sorted.

I had stayed here before and it is the only motel in the town. Check in and staff were friendly. Meals were at the hotel. The showers gave good hot water and the heating system worked well.

The family room was too small for us, but they did everything possible and we paid for a cabin out the back. The management couldn't do enough to make our stay great, would stop and chat when they could. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing really. Probably that there was no shampoo and conditioner, but for an overnight stay it justifiable didn't matter.

It was very clean and had everything required for a short stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

The shower had black hair on floor, 2 separate clumps that I had to remove. Another roll of toilet paper, besides the one on the roll would have been nice.. Other than that, bathroom was okay.

The room was lovely and warm and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a bunk bed. Nice soft mattress, extra blankets were a bonus and definitely used them.

The bathroom is kind of outdated. However everything worked fine (warm water at the vanity and shower). There was a small gap at the door, so cold air came into the room through the night (but no security issue).

The check in was easy, fast and super friendly. We called upfront to agree an late check in, which wasn't required as it was within the regular check time (until 11 pm in our case!). The call was answered immidiately and was also super friendly and helpful. The motel is well placed for a trip to the Snowy Mountains or in our case to Canberra after a day at the coastline. The room was equipped with a fridge, a TV, a bed and a table (and the bathroom ensuite). The window is equipped with a fly screen, which is helpful.

Quite a few dead bugs around the room and the door didn't quite close properly.

Kel the owner was very friendly and the check in was easy. We checked in late at night and he was there to greet us. The room had all we needed and the bed was warm and comfortable.

This is an old motel, don't expect modern facilities. Bathroom sink didn't have a mixer tap, that was a little annoying. The microwave, fridge were all a tad bit small and they were old appliances. Would have been good if there was a double plug as all the appliances could not be plugged at once.

Great value for money. During the peak season, just 30 mins of Cooma, this motel room was great if you are looking to save on your snow trip. Beds were good enough and the room had a fairly new A/C system to keep you warm. There was a TV but the reception in the area can be sketchy at times. I wish I had more time to explore the this town, it looked like a classic remote town. The staff at the hotel/pub (where you would pick your keys up for the motel) were friendly and if I were to travel again I'd certainly stop for a drink.

The bed we had was pretty uncomfortable, but the one in my brother in law's the other room was fine/better. I think the beds would be good enough if they put a pillow top on top of the existing - no other complaints

The owner is also the owner of the local pub, good bloke and good chat. The room was clean enough and heater warmed up the room pretty well considering how cold it was outside. Great location for a half (ish) way mark to Sydney. Room was comfy enough and good enough for a short stay.
