Biscuits for guests to have with their coffee or tea would of been great, only 1 garbage bin in the bathroom, need another one in the kitchen,

Bed was very comfortable, location was excellent, right next door to a Woolworths shop & dinning facilities, room was spacious and air conditioning was superb, toiletries were quite good, coffee machine a bonus as well

Only downfall is parking. We almost didn’t get a park which meant we would have had to have parked across the road and we had a lot of luggage which would have been tricky. We got a park though so it was perfect.

Everything. Suite was new, clean and spacious. Gorgeous views. Well equipped. Felt very luxurious. Spa, sauna and pool were fabulous. Kids loved it. Staff were great. Highly recommend.

The lifts are really slow dealing with such a large building. At times it was easier to walk from 3rd floor to the 8th by stairs which I didn’t mind so much as it’s exercise. Peak times it was easier to take the stairs. I forgot to tell them that the PowerPoints for the washer and dryer didn’t work and there wasn’t a circuit breaker in the room. Was a shame the pool was closed as well. I would have like to do some laps. Had I time on Monday I had planned to tell them about power and ask about pool access and possible discount due to lack of ability to use the facility but was short of time and needed to get to a client at 0600. No massive deal I guess. Parking is in short supply and was a little messy. If I went back I’d probably see if I could stay in Woolies carpark or f there’s a lift down there. Possibly cheaper too? Still, the staff looked after me a little on this as well.

Good location to what I needed with work, race course and Parramatta precinct. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy. I don’t sleep well when working away normally but this was pretty good in comparison. There is a Woolworths directly under neath the property which is super handy. Staff were friendly and helpful enough. Didn’t deal with them too much. Comfy. Good amenities in room. Dual aircon in lounge and bedroom. Nice balcony.

the only thing we didn’t like about our stay were the elevators and how long they took 15-20 minutes however this was due to overused and backed up but still such a inconvenience but other then that was a great place to stay

The lift services were broken the entire 3 nights we were there. There was only 1 lift working throughout. This made our trip frustrating as we would have to sometimes wait up to 15/20min for a lift and be crammed in with other guests.

The room smelt like chlorine and bum. I had to use candle to help with smell. The balcony floor was very dirty, there was small blood smear next to our front door. The dishes were all very dirty in the cupboard most likely from previous guests.

The property was nice and modern, love the extra wardrobe next to the bathroom.

I asked for 2 single beds for the kids, the beds were made up with single bedding but still pushed together as a king bed. I had to move furniture to make it suitable for a boy and girl to share room

I would have liked an extra teatowel and a long handled brush and pan in the unit for minorcsweeping. I would have liked a small waste bin in the kitchen. I was unable to turn the TVs on and of using the remote control units.

The parking is very minimal so if you pay for parking then going anywhere, there probably won’t be any when you get back

our family stayed to attend my graduation and would like to thank the morning staff who worked on the 13/6 morning shift at the reception in level 4, who was very nice and accommodating(forgot to ask their names), they helped to keep our pieces of luggage until we returned from graduation at the Paramatta campus..

The parking is the issue. We payed for the whole stay but every time we go out and comeback there were no parking spots so we end up paying the street parking all the time. I hope they rectify this issue
