Parking is an issue in Parramatta, advertises parking on booking.com although was additional $50 per night and not guaranteed a spot. Recommend parking across the road $15 per night

The wait times for the elevators. Sometimes we were waiting 15-20mins everyday and I wish the spa was abit hotter

Lifts were a nightmare. Would've been okay if we could use the stairs. Gym was poor - lack of weight training equipment. Could at least have a full range of free weights. Machines were very limited and couldn't do proper workout if anyone else wanted to have a workout at same time. No broom to sweep between room cleaning service visits. Room wasn't well swept when we got there.

On our first day, there were some glitches with the lifts that didn't make a good first impression. But we recovered.

The view from the 51st floor was amazing. High rise buildings where you can get fresh air in are rare, but this ticked that box too. Showers were 10 out of 10. All of Parramatta is in easy walking distance. The River Cat is right downstairs and the grocery store under the building is perfect for getting provisions.

Biscuits for guests to have with their coffee or tea would of been great, only 1 garbage bin in the bathroom, need another one in the kitchen,

Bed was very comfortable, location was excellent, right next door to a Woolworths shop & dinning facilities, room was spacious and air conditioning was superb, toiletries were quite good, coffee machine a bonus as well

Only downfall is parking. We almost didn’t get a park which meant we would have had to have parked across the road and we had a lot of luggage which would have been tricky. We got a park though so it was perfect.

Everything. Suite was new, clean and spacious. Gorgeous views. Well equipped. Felt very luxurious. Spa, sauna and pool were fabulous. Kids loved it. Staff were great. Highly recommend.

The lifts are really slow dealing with such a large building. At times it was easier to walk from 3rd floor to the 8th by stairs which I didn’t mind so much as it’s exercise. Peak times it was easier to take the stairs. I forgot to tell them that the PowerPoints for the washer and dryer didn’t work and there wasn’t a circuit breaker in the room. Was a shame the pool was closed as well. I would have like to do some laps. Had I time on Monday I had planned to tell them about power and ask about pool access and possible discount due to lack of ability to use the facility but was short of time and needed to get to a client at 0600. No massive deal I guess. Parking is in short supply and was a little messy. If I went back I’d probably see if I could stay in Woolies carpark or f there’s a lift down there. Possibly cheaper too? Still, the staff looked after me a little on this as well.

Good location to what I needed with work, race course and Parramatta precinct. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy. I don’t sleep well when working away normally but this was pretty good in comparison. There is a Woolworths directly under neath the property which is super handy. Staff were friendly and helpful enough. Didn’t deal with them too much. Comfy. Good amenities in room. Dual aircon in lounge and bedroom. Nice balcony.

the only thing we didn’t like about our stay were the elevators and how long they took 15-20 minutes however this was due to overused and backed up but still such a inconvenience but other then that was a great place to stay
