Good sized studio apartment. The main bed was comfy, but the sofa bed rolled you to the middle. Great location to the shops, beach, restaurants and the entertainment centre.

i was aware the hotel was in a city location, but I was in a room on the second level, and experienced a little noise from the road and the balcony wasn't private from the street view. I would ask for a room on a higher floor next time, for a quieter stay, but the location was very good.

The room was very spacious, and well appointed with kitchenette, lounge, table and chairs and a balcony, very comfortable to spend time in! The hotel is conveniently located in the city, with a variety of restaurants very close by, and a short walk to the Wollongong beach area. The free shuttle bus can be caught just across the road which you can take to the North Wollongong area and the train station and runs about every 10 minutes. The Sakura Sushi Japanese restaurant is a very close walk and was excellent, as well as good Thai and Indian restaurants.

Fabulous location right in the centre of town, surrounded by dining options (including excellent Italian restaurant next door), walking distance to the beachfront, parkland, shopping mall & theatre, & a few metres from a bus stop for the free city loop service. Large room. Comfortable bed.

When we arrived the sofa bed had been set up for a 2 year old. For safety of the toddler this was not used as it could have caused serious injury. Suggest the hotel look in to alternative options aside from just a portacot to better suit families. I will think twice before booking again.

The bath silicone needs to be replaced as it’s very mouldy. We weren’t able to use the baths coating is chipping quite bad.

The AC was hard a bit off but that could also be me not understanding how to operate the system correctly, it got very hot and dry throughout the night that, so it was uncomfortable, turning it off also made it pretty cold being winter. The second thing that we weren't happy about is the amount of noise that was happening the morning of check-out, we paid for a late check out to have a sleep in but there was a lot of door slamming and very loud talking, I am unsure if the was housekeeping or another guest, it was disruptive, and we didn't really enjoy a sleep in.

The room was bigger than what I expected which was a bonus and served us well for the 1 night, there is also parking available on a first come first served basis, the rate is 15 AUD per night. Our room also came with a mini bar and option for late check out with a fee and if available. It is in a convenient location with the main strip a few minutes' walk away, close to get food and cafes and bars nearby. The receptionist was super friendly and lovely.

Everything was good! The car park was quite a tight fit for a large ute, but regular cars are perfectly fine!

Spacious rooms with a good location in the city. Restaurants surround the hotel and you are close to standard amenities.
