Nothing to do with the apartments more that the local restaurant closed way too early. Can go wrong with a local pub.

We received an upgrade of the room, on the far corner of the block. The bed was comfortable but it could use with more of a doona than a sheet as it did get cold at night. There is only so much you can sleep with a heater. Maybe invest in some electric blankets instead. We drove in from Melbourne and the convenience of parking was very good.

Bathroom didn’t feel clean. The kitchen was lacking some utensils and more than one frying pan would be helpful. Paper towel in the kitchen would have been helpful.

Location was great for our purpose. 2 bedroom and two bathrooms were great for two couples.

There was a distinct smell in the bathroom and the elevator. There needs to be a sign for the parking as well.

Hard beds. No extra blankets, pillows or towels. Lots of street noise. Pool spa was not heated and gym was outdated.

No proper heating and it was freezing in Canberra. Parking was $20 ontop of the room fee. There was limited parking so yoh spend a good 10 mins trying to find parking. Staff on approach did not have an approachable manner and abrupt in their tone.

The floors felt uneven with each and every step (not massively but noticeable and disconcerting in a multistory building). Something I didn't like but they cannot help was the area ending up being a noise pollution hot zone from cars and drunks until like 3 am when I could finally go to sleep. Also for the rooms that have baths or spa baths please add in hand rails as they are quite a time to get into and out of.

The room itself was quite nice and comfortable. The room fittings were nice. The Tv's were actually of a good and visible size from the lounges which is very rare for any hotel or motel I have been to.

King bed in second room was jammed against wall and had to climb over each other. Shower screens were quite badly stained. The split system is obviously wiped in between guests but they need to turn it on to wipe the outlets which open when operating as these were covered in layers of dust. Main criticism was the lilts. There are 3 lifts and according to the staff only 1 was operating and this had been for sometime. Spent ages waiting for lifts and it was quite frustrating and a waste of our holiday time, sometimes up to 15 minutes (2 members of group were elderly and not able to take several flights of stairs)

Location was good. Apartment was perfect for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything that you would expect to be provide was. Another lounge chair would have made it even better.

Only one working lift out of three, and lifts were small so several queues - this was never mentioned by staff so not sure if it's a common occurrence

Good sized room - received an upgrade after initially attempting to charge $50 extra for a sofabed which was clearly indicated as being included in the original price. 2 bedroom apartment had generous living space

Only one of the 3 lifts was working. Apparently one of the lifts has been out of service for an extended period of time and the other lift went out of service while we were there. This made it very frustrating and time consuming.

The apartment had a comfortable double bed, separate lounge, balcony table & 2 chairs, balcony looked out on the adjoining road, secure parking (was $20 night). Plenty of eating places one block away.
