We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was great. Breakfast was very good. The pancake machine for the win! Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfy.

AustraliaDidn't like the cleanliness of our apartment. The carpet was terribly stained, and around the windows was mouldy, also the blinds were pretty grotty too.
Was a great place for families, with everything right there, a restaurant, pool and spa, golf, kids playground. Awesome view from the verandah of our apartment. Pool area was lovely, like a tropical paradise :)

Great location, really comfortable beds, if I had to really critique I’d say the couches could do with being replaced as they are very old and you could feel the springs when sitting on them , which was quite uncomfortable., would also be nice to have access to a smart tv, other than that I’d definitely stay again as the location is great and grounds and pool are just lovely.

AustraliaThere were a few cobwebs in the property so I don’t think they had been cleaned in a while. It was a bit dated and didn’t have an oven in the kitchen as well. We made do though and used the hot plate and the microwave. The balcony also didn’t have a deadbolt at the top like the bottom floor which would have been a good safety feature. We were travelling with a toddler so had to watch him in the bedroom. The lock on the main bedroom also didn’t work as well. Just little things but overall it was a great stay and we really enjoyed our stay. The only other thing is that I had to pay a 250 dollar bond because I paid with a debit credit card. This should be advertised and people should know this before booking. I think when you had my credit details already I don’t think the bond was necessary when there is nothing in the mini bar. I’m assuming this is because people have caused damage in the past? Just was a bit of a shock and a high amount to find out about on arrival.
The pool is amazing! The space in the apartment was awesome as well. Plenty of room for us. We also liked the location as it was a good base to explore the region and close to the Bunbury Farmers Market.

United KingdomThe internet service was initially inconsistent which we reported. It improved on day 4 and remained OK for the rest of our stay. There hairdryer did not work but was replaced immediately with a new one when reported. There was quite a bit of noise on one night from an industrial process somewhere in the vicinity but there is a lot of new road building going on within a few miles and that may have been the reason.
The unit was on two floors and offered very adequate living space below and two bedrooms and a good bathroom above. The bed was comfortable and the daily cleaners were assiduous and changed the sheets regularly. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant offered food and drink of an adequate standard. A small kitchenette provided two induction rings, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. This was fine for breakfast. The resort was easy to find and access.
