The bathrooms were a bit outdated.

I loved the location, it was a 5 minute walk from Surfers Paradise and across the street from the beach and tram. The apartment was spacious and had great views. It came with a full laundry, kitchen and dining table. Great service from Eddie, he was the best!

a little dated in terms of interior, Cleaning was slightly poor. hairs on basins, wet surfaces on arrival etc.

The showers were tricky to get a good temperature for the kids with two taps instead of a mixer. The rooms could do with a touch up but in saying that it was still amazing value for money

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and had everything we could have needed. Even a couple of boogie boards in the cupboard that my daughter loved! Being able to cook or dinners and so laundry in our apartment made life so easy for a family.

it did get a bit chilly and there wasn’t an air con to put the heat mode on. there is a older style oil heater so we did use that :)

The lift was a bit slow and dated, didn’t feel particularly safe. The hot was water was dangerously hot a warning sign would help to avoid burning skin.

The best views and picture window from the 17th floor. Huge apartment with plenty of seating options.

Only downside, being on the first floor we had to listen to the nighttime shenanigans in the pool/spa. A request would be, some additional washing liquid packets if the facility is low on towels. Happy to wash, not happy to buy a whole container of powder to do so. And some pegs, for that matter :)

Check in/checkout was smooth, the staff member was friendly and polite and the location was great. Walking distance to Cavill ave and Glink stop. Spa was clean and well maintained as was the pool.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was in a side street but it was very close to both bus and light rail, making it convenient for travel. Its proximity to the beach was excellent.

There were delays as only one lift was working so a bit of a wait at times. Would not recommend this unit in summer as it does not have airconditioning. On one of the days we stayed the temperature reached 24 degrees and due to the large amount of glass the unit became uncomfortable even though it was only 24 degrees.

The unit had a first class view and was very spacious. It was convenient to the beach and an easy walk to Surfers or Broadbeach via the beach.

The windows need replacing in all rooms the wind howled through all the cracks and seals in the windows and it was LOUD! keeping us awake at night. The constant breeze that came through all the windows and doors made the place feel super cold without any aircon in our appartment to heat it up, would b nice in summer but freezing in winter.

Needs some renovating. The blinds are old and mouldy. The windows are hard to open. There are no locks to the bathroom doors and bedroom doors.

We were on the top floor and the views from the apartment was amazing. The location is great cause it's close to everything. S hort walk to the beach. Friendly manager and also friendly people that live in the other apartments.

The mattress was a bit too firm for me. I understand it's a matter of taste and you can't please everyone. I would still go back.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with gorgeous views. The location was perfect for us being an easy walk from Cavill Ave and a tram stop close by.
