Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaLounge was a bit chilly to sit on with the aircon on, bedding was dirty with chocolate bits on my blanket.
Location was excellent, in walking distance to the city centre and river walks. Just a short drive from the chocolate factory and another 19 minutes drive to the caves. Wineries are a short walk away or a few minutes drive. Staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations of wineries and places to eat. Our cabin was huge and easy to find and park.

AustraliaThe 2 seater couch is the most uncomfortable couch. We have stayed here before & I had forgotten about the couch. It is covered in vinyl/fake leather(?) & you keep slipping off it. As it's the only chair you can sit in apart from the 2 kitchen table chairs, it is not very comfortable for sitting & watching TV or reading. I know M.R. has lots of places to go & see, but we like to have some down time as well. However, everything else was fine about the accommodation.

We asked the office and they brought us a small camping table, which was nice. The pool area has a lot of dead bees laying around on pavement, unsure why.

Our cabin that we had booked had a roof leak in the bathroom after heavy rainfall, following a very long dry period. The manager attended promptly, to see the roof leak, and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom cottage. Polite, friendly, and cheerful service.
