Its a bit old and tired and the pillows were lumpy. No facilities that you would typically get at a 'hotel' (EG: restuarant, pool, gym etc), but it is an "apartment" - not a hotel

Great location - very close to Darling Harbour and shops/restaurants. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen and you receive 'starter' washing liquid etc. Good value for money

Layout of the apartment was not ideal. Furniture a bit outdated. There is no bar in the room for water or drinks.

Great location in the centre of the CBD. Easy access and nice view. Friendly staff at reception.

The fridge froze the milk so I could not have tea/coffee. It also froze my water and I could not take medication until I checked out. I was disappointed in the lack of a modern TV with channel options.

The bed was comfortable and room a great size.

Rooms are not quite as shiny and fresh as they show in the photos. Starting to show a bit of wear. But still great rooms. The air conditioning was too noisy to use.

The rooms were spacious and good for families who want space. We booked 2 two-bedroom interconnected apartments and they had everything we needed for 1 night. The rooms were clean and the location was very good. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

The shower in our room was just a trickle most of the time and needs to be sorted. My wife had to have a shower somewhere else on one of the days as we could not get it to work properly. We did mention this at reception but nothing else was offered to us until the last night when we wanted to have a shower before leaving early in the morning. Key to another room to use that shower. Some of the ceiling lights kept going on and off. The fridge kept freezing things up until we got it adjusted properly.

We liked that we were close to Darling Harbour which was in walking distance. Unfortunately the light rail was not going because of Vivid so walk to Circular Quay was longer. Room was nice an tidy and clean.

The water pressure was low in the shower and this took a long time to fill up the bath too. The balcony had absolutely no privacy and any of the number of other rooms along the same side could easily step over the low railing onto our balcony and into our room. We had to make sure we weren't inappropriately dressed coming out of the bathroom in case someone decided to peer into our room.

It was spacious and clean and the layout was easy to move around. I loved the hooks on the wall in the entrance way which were extremely convenient to hang our coats to keep them out of the way and easily accessible. There were suitable window coverings to provide privacy (especially because there were a number of high rise buildings very close that could easily see into our room). There was a comfortable lounge and coffee table perfectly located in front of the tv to add to our relaxation. I enjoyed being able to have a relaxing bath. It was a nice big comfy bed.
