No Foxtel to watch AFL football. No microwave. A dryer would have been handy for our wet clothes due to being caught in a downpour.

It was comfortable and nice and warm on our arrival. The beds were great and we all slept well. The breakfast we had next morning was extremely nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Reception staff could be friendlier as that’s the first experience a guest has. They could’ve been more accommating to our simple requests like separating the king bed into 2 single beds, which we had to do ourselves. Or late 12pm checkout which they only offered to extend til 10.30am. For buffet breakfast, more egg options would’ve been good like poached, omelettes or fried, not just scrambled. Some window and door fixtures need to be fixed as it was difficult to open and close the door and window shutters. In-room cable tv should be included not just free to air tv. For a 4 star accommodation, the towels could’ve been larger and better quality. Some utilities werre missing from the in-room list, like a DVD player.

Buffet breakfast was great! The breakfast staff were friendly and professional. They served freshly brewed coffee to your table which was great. Executive Studio Apartments were spacious and clean. Partial Darling Harbour view was good.

They charge a surcharge on all international card payment (credit & debit) which was a surprise for us and it added to the cost.

Clean place. The rooms are small but was ok for us. The beds are small so it was ok as we used another sofa bed. The rooms are very clean, very basic kitchenware (such as few spoons, 1 pot, 1 fry pan) for cooking. It worked out ok for us as we made only basic meals.

You advertise heavily great views from each room but we did not find that true in our case (1102). There was a lovely big balcony for our room and adjacent rooms but no furniture or plants on it that seems a shame - it woukd make up for the view issue above.

The location is perfect, a block from light rail and a block from the access bridge to darling harbour. The add-on breakfast option was definitely well worth it!

Traffic noise was disruptive.

Staff were friendly and accommodating - our room was ready early and we were able to leave our luggage on the final day so we could squeeze in a few more hours exploring. The hot buffet breakfast was excellent with a good range of foods. Room was clean, and had everything we needed.

We loved the location. It was short walk to Darling Harbour, even with a 4 year old. The size of the room was great. Not too cramped. Spacious. Very comfortable for 2 night stay.

the lack of help when checking regarding the parking. It wasn't working when we arrived and instead of helping us the receptionist said you have to deal with it yourself..she was very unhelpful

Wi-Fi access was crap. Had to ask for the room to be serviced and collect fresh towels from reception. Shower leaks all over the bathroom floor and soaked the bathmat.

Nice room, small but comfortable. Clean and tidy and a great view. All we needed to be happy and the kitchen facilities were more than adequate.

Excellent location for Darling Harbour and close to Sydney main shopping centre. Good size room (executive studio) with partitioned bedroom area. Large bed, looked like two King singles pushed together. Buffet breakfast was very good with a reasonable selection available.

The hot water in the shower took a long while to come through. My wife had a cold shower. The lighting in the bathroom was poor.

Breakfast was really good. There was enough options to suit all the family members. The location was excellent. We were close to everything we wanted to do and the walk back in the rain from Alliance Stadium only took 45 minutes.
