Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe rooms didn’t have windows we could open a little bit so it became a little stuffy. Would’ve been perfect if there was complimentary bottled water.
Location is very central, rooms and bathroom were are clean and spotless, everyone staying were impressed with the quality of the room. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We had an amazing experience, would 100% come back to stay here again.

Walking distance to key tourist spots, trams, trains, and the Theatre Royal. Very handy having Wilson Parking next door to the hotel, that offers 24hr parking for $55 if you present your ticket to the Mantra on Kent.

AustraliaNot an issue for management but a design issue. Website refers to soundproof rooms but the windows don't appear to be double glazed so the unavoidable noise of inner-city high rise streets was a bit of a problem at night. Also the absence of a bedside table on one side of the bed was a great surprise and significant inconvenience - trying to find my specs, trying not to knock over my glass of water etc. Everything got tangled in the flurry of drapes. The room just isn't big enough. Yet the wardrobe was unnecessarily large, occupying valuable space. Putting a less bright globe in the bed lights would also be good because while I was reading my light was way too bright for my husbandwho wanted to sleep. They are more suited to hanging over a kitchen bench.
Breafast was excellent value at $18. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Quality of the building was very good, very convenient location. First class security which is very important. 24hr desk was our first priority when booking. Good layout of the apartment e.g the sofa was actually in front of the TV which isn't always the case. Top quality toiletries. Very well equipped kitchen with sensible, high quality equipment. Fan heater most welcome for bathroom.

Great location. Close to Darling Harbour and easy access from Town Hall Station. A quick uphill walk to the centre of the Sydney CBD. Room size great, with basic equipment for cooking. Easy checkin process.

KuwaitThe hotel doesn’t have its own parking. They utilize the Wilson parking next to the hotel but they can’t control the rate of the parking. You can’t pay for daily rate of parking with multiple entry during the day since the parking doesn’t belong to the hotel. This was a major problem since I use the car in & out a lot.
Location is excellent. staff are great. The city and darling harbor are a walking distance from the hotel.
