The staff weren’t particularly friendly or knowledgeable and there was no room service. The restaurant didn’t provide coffees or drinks throughout the day.

Rooms were comfortable but quite small. Weren’t in there much so didn’t really worry us.

The location was great. Easy to walk to all the areas we wanted to visit. Heaps of restaurants nearby also. Breakfast was great (best coffee of our whole trip!). Staff very friendly.

The breakfast wasn't available on 1 of the days as the chef could not get to work. However, we did get our money back as we had paid for the breakfast in the room price.

Way over priced for what you get. The pool was the reason we chose the hotel, unfortunately the pictures make it look a lot nicer. Our balcony was very tiny, enough room for our 5 year old to stand on.

The staff were amazing. Answered all of our questions and very cheerful. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of options for sweet or savoury. The location was great! Close to everything we needed to get to, the ferry, the aquarium and so much more!

The bfast inclusion didn’t have much variety for the price but having a well equipped kitchen in our suite we could eat well considering there is a Woolworths across the street

For a city centre stay it was ideal. Everything is close and easy with the tram stopping directly at the front of the hotel. Slightly dated but well kept hotel. Very good value for money and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The swimming pool is on the roof and you have to use the stairs to get to it. It is not wheelchair accessible and people with disabilities have a difficult time getting there.

Location is amazing. The hotel is close to everything you need. The tramp station is just in front of the hotel. You can’t go wrong with the hotel choice.

Apartment was very comfortable. Loved having a kitchen. Staff welcoming. Walking distance to Central Quay (Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House and ferries) and Darling Harbour (Sealife, Madame Tussauds and more). Easy access to Barangaroo via Westpac Walk (safe, underground tunnel).

The rooms are dated and need maintenance. The toilet roll holder fell off in my bathroom, the shower head needed replacing due to no water pressure. There were stains and dents in the paint on cabinets and the walls. The oven hadn’t been cleaned.

Great location with access to various transport options and central. The staff were helpful and responsive.

Excellent location with tram stop right out the front. Close to walk to the rocks and circlular quay. The rooms have excellent facilities with kitchen. We had breakfast included, great options and really nice food that was served quickly. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy staying at this hotel and will definitely return.

Fantastic location. Bridge St light rail stop is right out the front door and Wynyard Railway Station across the road which made it really easy to get around the city with my family. Staff were very lovely. As there is no car traffic on George St anymore due to the light rail, I didn't hear really any traffic noise as you usually do when staying in the city.

Whilst the pool and spa was great on the rooftop, it could have been heated as we were there in winter.

The apartment had everything we needed, It was clean and modern, Location was perfect, close to CBD, shops, restaurants, bars, circular quay and the rocks all within walking distance, the Metro was at our doorstep which was fantastic too.

I was located on the second floor and stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately from night two to three, there were road work outside the building late at night until passed midnight. The drilling was very noisy and we couldn’t sleep.

The location is excellent at George Street, moments from the train station direct from the airport. It is a short walking distance accessible to all the tourist spots including Sydney Harbour Bridge, Macquarie St, Royal Botanical Garden. Also to the supermarket and shops. Shower hot, bed comfy, staff friendly.

Outside of the hotel is hectic - but the road works and construction going on will cease. Communication could've been better when we updated the guest list from 2 people to 3, and how this was treated by the waiting staff at breakfast.

The convenience of the location and choice of being able to eat in or go out, walking distance, for plenty of choices to dine. Spacious room and lots of privacy. Good sized fridge and the kitchen had all of the essential tools.
