Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt could be quite loud at times during the night with people from other apartments. Not very sound proof. The TV was of older model and was quite useless if you were looking to have a quiet night in before an early morning during your stay.
It was clean and included everything needed for a 6 day stay! The parking was also very convenient!

AustraliaWe got there at night and wouldn't have found the private parking at the back if not for someone who was staying at the hotel guided us. The bed was a bit bouncy.
The shower is really good with lots of hot water. The place is very clean. We didn't use the washing machine but noticed that laundry powder was provided. We feel secure with the parking lot, lots of lights and cameras. We asked for a room on the ground floor and got it so we don't have to walk upstairs.

AustraliaUnit 11, shower nozzle positioned to spray floor directly outside cubicle (when running water for a child) and can't be adjusted. Access to key via safe on arrival was challenging but eventually got access Firm bed and old style sofa bed, wobbly dining chairs. No access to PowerPoint in bedroom
Location was great, 1km walk to free bus (Blue cat) on Aberdeen St, Russell Square, we used this service two days. There is a few closer bus stops, if you have a transperth card or pay. Close to major roads too! Full size fridge, good kitchen appliances, didn't use stove/oven, just microwave. Used washing machine daily and balcony/clothes airer was all undercover which was great

Australia'Toiletries' consisted of 1 soap & hand wash. No shampoo or conditioner.
The apartments are clean with a well equipped kitchen (cooker is about 1960's vintage) & washing machine in the bathroom, although the building is old (probably built in 1950's). It is well located; just out of the city and with a bus stop out the front of the building. I have stayed here several times and will again because it offers great value for money compared to hotels in the city. Air-conditioning works well.
