Everything, the rooms were fantastic, the artwork was great. What a place to stay.

Housekeeping was a bit patchy - third day our teabags weren’t refilled and the shower cap was taken away despite it being left on my makeup bag for Re-use - and they didn’t leave a replacement. Also took away a personal plate and knife that I brought from home - which were promptly returned after i called reception but I found that rather odd that housekeeping took a guests personal belongings. The plate was a decorative design from Spain and clearly not hotel china. The bar area is beautiful for a drink but the loud music makes having a quiet conversation a bit of a challenge.

We had a twin room on the second floor and it was so quiet and peaceful Staff are outstanding and go above and beyond to help Breakfast is table service which I loved Also love the Nespresso machine in the room.

The music in the foyer was a little loud and I would have preferred something a little less pounding.

The staff were exceptional - everyone was friendly and helpful. The decor was exquisite and I loved the robes.

Kimpton Margot accept dogs! Wonderful! We loved the amazing service by staff who love animals and helped us enjoy our breakfast with our German shepherd in the lobby. We have raved about the hotel to all our doggie friends 🐾♥️

Construction next door was noisy, but beyond the control of the Hotel

The building is stunning. The foyer and bar are gorgeous. The staff, Matt in particular, were friendly, helpful and professional. The pool area is fun and temperature perfect on a sunny Sydney day Breakfast was a treat, the Luke Mangan restaurant was fabulous. The room was spacious and welcoming. The king sized bed was like a cloud. Central and surrounded by great restaurants

Getting there was tricky. Parking options were not very clear for first timers.

Staff were professional especially with accomodating guests with pets. Food was exceptional. Bed was amazing! Super comfortable. I adore the fact that this hotel goes above and beyond with accomodating pets. Great rooftop bar area.

As there is no parking we had to park elsewhere and it was incredibly expensive Unfortunately there was building work happening nearby late into the night which disturbed our sleep- no fault of the hotel

The roof top needs a grass area for pet to walk around

Amazing Pet friendly hotel, and you can really feel comfortable with your pet around. Very clean and presentable facilities, and staff is polite and cool. I love the fact that the pet can stay unattended in the room as they provide door sign.

Best ever coffee. We did buy a bag to take back home. My wallet slipped out of my pocket the friendly staff member returned it to my room. Thats 1st class

Rooms pretty based. Travelling with my mum who’s 68 and she couldn’t figure out how to order room service or use the TV which caused a lot of stress. Maybe some old fashioned menus and guides could be left in the rooms for not so iPad-friendly guests

Amazing hotel. Restaurant and breakfast really nice. Lobby/lounge/bar probably the best I’ve visited. Cool rooftop and good location.
