The only issue was the fire alarm going off the next morning for unknown reasons across the whole property.

The scenery was amazing and it was comfortable for a nights stay.

The motel is in a beautiful location with views overlooking the bay. The room was quite large and had comfortable beds. There is a lovely walk from the motel to the town.

With the restaurant closed at the motel and not having many takeaway options, not having a microwave or a toaster was disappointing.

Very noisy bed every time you moved! Tacky plastic worn chairs on balcony - did not use as they looked like they may fracture. Extremely bright flourescent lighting unbearable for extended period - no lamp available. Noisy fridge overnight :-( Keychain lock only on door Dark and drab appearance of room - brick walls with dark furnishings not very coastal! Just plain unpleasant room to spend time in to enjoy the seaview :-(

Clean and spacious for 2persons ( triple room) but shabby furniture and in serious need of update. Depressing dark furnishings well worn furniture chairs and poorly carpeted - old dirty windows did not compliment the view Good size barfridge in room but was noisy overnight.

Our accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. The view was great, and the staff were very helpful. We left something behind, and the staff had no hesitation in posting it to us for which we were very grateful.

We had a group booking of four rooms. Most of the rooms have not been refurbished for many years which is not that bad as long as they are maintained well... which was a problem in a couple of rooms.

The view from most of the rooms were overlooking the ocean and made the rooms more appealing.

The door lock was very unstable and difficult to open door. There were works going on around the pathways leading to units making it difficult to naviagte from reception, carpark, hotel room safely especailly at night. Shower floor had no deliiation to bathroom floor so when shower was on, water flooded the bathroom floor. TV was difficult to manage. Not sure if battery for remote needed replacing. No-one on reception at 8.30am when I went to check out.

Location was perfect to enable me to walk to my meetings, restaurants, etc . View from room doors was straight onto the beach. Even though the hotel was situated on a main road it was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and reception very freindly.

Good location in Kingscote and is only about 45 mins drive from Pennshaw.

Room is spacious with one large queen and a single bed. Toilet and bathroom is clean. I stayed on ground floor with an open door to the garden overlooking the sea. Excellent view and provide chairs so we can relax outside our room with a lovely sea view. Parking is behind the property. Overall the property is great with everything we need.

We booked this accommodation at the last minute but we had no issues and received a lovely email from the staff explaining the late night check in process. The location was great with a sea side view in the morning that was beautiful. Had a wonderful sleep after our long travel from Melbourne.

Probably a bit dated but it suited us and had everything we needed. We could park outside the room. Nice walk along the coast into town - a bit more than 10mins. Very helpful staff. We had a great stay.
