Difficult to sleep in bedroom 2 with window into hallway letting in too much light and noise.

Some minor repairs are needed on skirting boards and a fresh paint job would make the apartment better.

We were lucky to have a slightly early checkin, the view was lovely , traffic noise was easily fixed by closing off doors. Very well equipped and spacious.

Was local and close to all transport. Short walk to Cat to go to the City. Great views looking over city from distance. Was close to Suncorp Stadium which was great for us. Parking was convenient in the basement. Clean apartment.

The bed was basic but still comfortable enough although an updated bed would be nice as it felt a bit 'budget hotel' and the apartment definitely wasn't a cheap option.

Extremely well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Lovely balcony overlooking the park and the pool. Had everything we needed for our stay with plenty of plates, utensils, cutlery and anything you could think you might need, it was in there! Lovely sized apartment with plenty of room, internal laundry (not that we used it), nicely set out for two people, comfortable bed and a great shower! Location was great, right on the river and took is about 30 minutes to walk to Suncorp Stadium (which is why we were there). Beautiful bird life in the park adjoining the property which we took great pleasure in watching and listening to each morning! Wifi was great (not that we were in the room much) and we had our own parking space in the undercover carpark. Staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Front bedroom was a little noisy in morning peak hour

Large, well kept and clean unit close to transport (ferry, bus and train) and supermarkets. Over-looked the river with large balcony and BBQ. We were visiting relatives and very close to them.

Noisy city construction & garden maintenance work. Old plumbing in both bathrooms. Showerhead faulty & taps need replacing as too hard to turn on. Drain smell in Ensuite bathroom. I Booked months ahead for a river view as pictured on Booking . Com but given apartment at back, told front apartments not available.

There were a few little maintanence things that need to be carried out. The screen doors to the balcony kept falling off and the glass doors were quite difficult to open and close. The portable fan in one of the bedrooms did not work.

The location was perfect for where we needed to go. The room was a good size.

Hard to find in the dark. 2nd Bedroom had a lot of noise from foot traffic in the hallway all night..

We had booked a 2 bedroom with 2 queen beds, but we only had 1 queen bed and 2 singles. Disappointing. In the 2nd bedroom the light coming in the window from right outside the apartment was very annoying.

The room was lovely and spacious, the view of the river was nice.

We have found with each stay that there is a limited number of kitchen utensils eg microwave cookware. I now bring with me the things that I use most often, but it would be better if this was not necessary.

This is the Third time we've stayed here at this time of the year. We like the convenience of the position and the view over the River. The kitchen is good, and there is lots of room in the apartment.

Presume some of these these units are owned and outfitted by private investors…furniture is clean, but minimum quality, supplied cookware is rather limited and standard Dollar Shop fare. I guess most guests opt to dine out. Oven hadn’t been cleaned (someone really, really liked their fish fingers!)…kettle was non-functional…all remedied by host…but still…a bit disappointing.

Nice view overlooking mature trees (considering its virtually inner city), surprisingly quiet and private, very central location. 1 minute walk to riverside walkway, very close to Toowong Village. Secure offstreet parking (height limited to 2.4 from memory). Very helpful and friendly front of house. New washing machine, dryer…cable TV and aircon in the lounge area. Zero noise from neighbouring units.

Nobody told me about the TV. The TV did not work all the time I was there. If TV time was to be paid for, nobody told me so. No information was given about the TV in the information brochure in the unit.

Shower over the bath they need refurbishing Beds are too old and lounges etc need updating you would need to pay more if this was done happy to do so position is excellent

The apartment again was great however. The double bed was uncomfortable, outdated and needs to be replaced. My partner inspected the bed to see what was happening and found the bed frame/mattress support broken.

The location of the property was in a very close proximity of Brisbane CBD and South Bank. Very quiet street, building itself it’s very safe, appropriate security. The apartment itself was great self contained. Very clean.
