The road noise outside was very loud through the window. Shower could be a little cold at peak times.

Location was ideal! So easy to get to the centre of things. Bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately they had a lot of American tour groups who were disrespectful by yelling in the corridors. Putting shoes in the dryer so you could hear the clunky noise in the room until 11pm. There was also a strange smell in the room and the heater was annoying.

Location was fantastic. Staff helpful and accommodating.

Hotel in general needs abit of a revamp. Main lights in room stopped working after 2 days so only had side lamps. Reception could do with a revamp. Don’t love wet room style bathrooms. No space in room for clothes, had to use ironing board as a storage for clothes..

Great location, view from room could see Sydney opera house and drone show during VIVID. Best value option I could find for central Sydney

The parking slot is so tiny and hard to park. It is not free. They charge me 30 aud per day. Moreover, this parking slot is also hard to find out.

The bathroom fan needs maintenance.

Smooth check in even though we arrived earlier than the usual check in time. We were also very happy that our room had a nice view.

Sydney is expensive and even for a budget hotel it's expensive for what you get. Bar from the price everything was great.

Room was clean and modern, queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Location is by a main road close to kings cross station. Easy access to the city and on the train line to Bondi beach

The shower water was hot for about 3 minutes then was Luke warm. The entire bathroom floor get wet when you shower, walls are thin- I could hear the guy next DORE for his entire 2 hour phone conversation

Wasn't keen on the bathroom. You need to keep the bathroom door closed while showering otherwise the smoke alarm goes off in the room. This has lead to mould growth in the bathroom and areas of rot. The bathroom is also very small and the shower head is extra large, meaning the bathroom ends up covered with water.

Great location walkable to the CBD and close to public transport. Lots of options for eating nearby. Has amazing views of the harbour bridge and a couple of the Opera house sails.

The room and bathroom weren’t that clean, marks and stains up the walls, dust, ect. No ventilation into the room, even the bathroom so it was damp in there and other people set the fire alarm off with the shower causing everyone to have to evacuate. No safe in the room. Small rooms and only a few hangers on a wall so no where to store luggage or hang clothes. Tv had very few channels and couldn’t access HDMI to plug anything in.

Great location for exploring Sydney, 30 minute walk downtown and public transport on the doorstep. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Bed was really comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful, allowed a late check out for no extra fee.
