Room needed a good spring clean, including AC which was very dusty. Photos make it look freshly renovated, but it isn't. Window could not be opened so felt very stuffy. No liners in bins. Getting there by car was a bit tricky as you can't stop in front of hotel at the address given, you need to find the backstreet where the hotel backs on to.

Perfect location to Allianz Stadium for an over night stay, comfy bunk beds and friendly staff.

They put us in a disabled room which was lovely and spacious, but they knew the water didn’t get hot, which was annoying. They did move us after a couple of days to a more compact room.

I wish they have iron and hair dryer in the room or at least to prepare those upon request.

We arrived early around 9 AM, since we took overnight flight. Originally, we came by the hotel just to entrust our suitcases, however when I asked whether they have an available room or not, the staff immidiately prepare two cards for my room. I truly did not expect it, since usually most hotels will only let their guests to check in on the afternoon. So, this is a BIG plus, that this hotel let you to check in early. Then the next day, one staff helped me out when I needed to find a flower shop nearby. He pointed the place through google map, and yes, there is a convinient store sells flower in Victoria street (a block away from the hotel). Thank you for the helped of the staffs! They also always clean up the room everyday and change the sheets as we requested. The view from our room is 5/5!

Diddnt like the ramp coming out off the bathroom (hard to get out off and gets slippery quickly).

Loved that for the price, get a reasonably large room with comfortable bed (could you an extra pillow or two) and a bathroom that looks nice and just big enough for two tall people.

The window sounded like it was always open. Tried to close it and couldn’t. Had to sleep with ear buds. Cleaners were loud in the mornings and never changed the bedsheets or cleaned the room very well.

Stuffy, filthy A/c unit filters and the window could do with a wash. Room layout tight around the bed Tv sticks out so walking past the end of the bed tight if your 6ft. Bathroom again tight for space but shower was good.

Location is great if using the tube, area has greatly improved since my last visit. Kinross shops appear to be open at 5am inc Mackey D’s.

To be completely honest my room was dusty from the air conditioner I believe and the walls were a bit dirty. I would suggest clean the air-conditioning filters etc more frequently and the walls. The elevators could also be cleaned more often as they were I little dirty. The fridge was quite small and couldn't fit my pizza box and other basic consumables in there apart from those issues I enjoyed my stay and the room was quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

The location was good and easy to find. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Decent size room, TV and had private bathroom.

The only downside was that another guest on our floor had their alarm going off every morning and wouldn't turn it off, waking up the entire floor for two days straight.

The hotel had a great location and maintained a good standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

Condition of the walls (extremely stained and dirty ), as well as the duvet, too early check-in - at 10 am. Housekeeping would wake me up every morning, the first day she asked if I needed a room cleaning ( I didn't hang up the sign that I needed ), and the second day to ask if I was checking out! At 9 am! This is the first time I'm seeing smth like this! Reception manager Dayan saved the situation with his hospitality and warm greeting and farewell

I didn't get the room i originally booked which was a room with a sofa. This wasn't the end of the world though as the room i had was nice with landmark views as expected. However, the lock was broken on my room meaning I couldn't lock myself in at night or leave my things securely so i was moved across the hall to a smaller room with views of the wall across the street. The TV was broken in this room which was repaired the next day. The was also a lot of noise from other guests in the hallway outside which kept me up a fair amount.

Location was great, walking distance to the botanical gardens, harbour and lots of great restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfy and the room clean. Staff were super helpful and responded to any issues I had quickly including arranging a super early check in for me at 10 am which was desperately needed and appreciated.
