The window is very close to the road, and we can still hear the sound of cars passing by at night.

The room space is sufficient, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean.

Code wouldn't work to enter building. Thankfully another guest arrived and let me in. No staff or reception on site. Trip hazard entering the room and again when entering bedroom part of room, had to be very carefull not to fall over. Shower and toilet area extremely compact compared to size of room. Other guests arriving at all times of night and early morning very noisy.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Location was good.

The door code stop working at 9.30 am, locking my bag in the room. The water spread into the fridge area when you showered. The table/bench faced the wall and was poorly lit.

Pay 35 dollars extra for early check in and the room wasn’t ready for us. Basically lost that money. The shower doesn’t have doors so the whole floor in the bathroom stays wet all the time after shower

There is absolutely no sound proofing. So for a light sleeper this place isn't so great. It's not the traffic that is the issue. It's people having conversations in the hallway, doors slamming, people clomping down the stairs and then some random person singing (or maybe praying) at 6am. Other than that it served its purpose as a place to lay my head in-between my travels.

The location is handy. Close to the airport and theres a small supermarket within walking distance. The place is older, and showing signs of its age, but it was clean and provided everything you need.

balcony is quite tiny but the breeze into the unit was comforting if you prefer not to use the air con.

The room was clean and comfortable and it had a bath. Pool was very inviting. Motel's restaurant was open Saturday night, can't comment on the food, as I didn't get time to visit it. Location was walking distance from the river and the ferry. Great location, and walking distance to the ambience of Ascot's fine dining precinct .

Come on a toaster or a microwave would make a difference.

Under cover parking outside the door for that room works for me. Mattress for that room was a good one.

In the room, poor finishing between carpet and the tiles, Tiles raised, and because of that I Me and my wife both got hurt. We accidentally hit the raised tiles on the floor and toes were bleeding. Couldn't walk properly. This is unacceptable. The finishing has not been done to standard. It is a health and issue failure.

Had a laugh the multiple messages sent by the property by email and text on the day even though the booking was made and paid for - too many questions for being in holiday. Window was jammed with rust and would not close. No additional lock from inside on main door for additional safety.

Beds were clean. Checking in and out was easy. Good parking. Close to the airport.

Had trouble getting access, the bed was uncomfortable and there was no ventilation on the shower/toilet.

The bed And some of the foul mouthed tenants having a domestic. That's not a fridge!! And it needed defrosting. The hand basin needed help to go down.

The tv didn’t work only half the screen, the room needs a radio and wall covering like pictures as it was very stark. The furniture was fine it just lacked a little attention with making it cosy and inviting lacking wall coverings maybe a lamp or two and radio/music. I would stay again for 1 night.

It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was ok but lacked maintenance.

All was good except a lot of noise from the main road and from other guests. The doors and windows don't seal off any noise. I needed to use ear plugs.

The fridge in room 325 was broken, it seems the milk we brought and drinks purchased were all frozen.

The stairs, with luggage it was an effort to get up a few flights of stairs.

Good location as it was close to where we needed to be although we did have trouble with the GPS not responding in time to send us in the right direction and it took a lot longer to get to the place than expected.

Needs power point fitted near bed. So you can charge phone overnight & still use it as a alarm clock

Not all lights in room worked, bathroom door wouldn’t close, bed was not very comfy, minimal power points available in room, no ventilation for bathroom or room (resulted in the need to open the balcony door and listen to brisbane noise all night - we were stuffy in the middle of the night in winter!) and the floor had odd lips from carpet to tile which tripped me a few times.

Location was good for overnight stay for airport and amenities sufficient for this, parking was really easy, cleanliness of room was great given quality of room. Secure access to building/ room via codes. TV was easy and had Netflix access.
