Pillows were too soft and a lack of bedside table is inconvenient.

Great location, comfortable room, lovely pool and good breakfast buffet. Lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. Short walk to a great beach.

We booked through Bookings.com and were travelling with our nine year old daughter. Although we clearly booked a room for all of us the hotel had a King size room allocated to us. We are not in the habit of sleeping in the same bed as our daughter. Reception staff reallocated us to a room with 2 double beds but I am tall and the double bed was not very comfortable. I think that this is a problem with the interaction between Booking.com and the hotel as this happened when checking in to the Sheraton also.

Great location in Broadbeach close to all amenities including dining, shopping and the beach. Nicely set up pool area which included a heated and non heated pool - heated was perfect for the cool September weather. All staff interaction was excellent - from assistance unloading our car, check in, delivery of luggage and even a bucket of ice to our room!

checking in was very disappointing, I had booked through Booking.com and rang the hotel desk a few days prior to confirm three nights s in the same room, and also an 'accessible; bathroom ie with hand rails in the shower, but on arrival this was not the case, very disappointing and time consuming with one unexperienced but polite staff member with limited English, I expressed my disappointment on departure and was told it would be looked into

Location suited me, close to the beach, swimming pools great, room a good size and bed comfortable, quiet except for the racing bikes and cars during the night

The room was a bit tired and wear and tear was obvious, bed was firm and not really to my liking. Bathrooms need an upgrade, very dated. Traffic noise was very loud, double glazing would help.

Locatation was very good. Easy to go anywhere from here. Staff were also excellent and very helpfull. Food and service in the Bistro was also excellent.

The superior double room with ocean views was a disappointment, the beds were not comfortable and the bathroom was in need of a serious update. The ocean view wasn't quite as described!

We were on level 5 and the noise from the street was very loud. To the point I had to get some earplugs to sleep. Lifts were very slow as well.

The shower is small. There are no amenities other than squeeze bottles of body wash and shampoo. There is only one chair in the room, so a second person has to sit on the bed to watch TV. The shower is very small and cramped. There were two drinking mugs but only one spoon. No plates or other cutlery. No coffee maker machine. Just a kettle.

The Hotel is ideally located for visiting Broadbeach. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had a classic queen bed ocean view room. quite spacious and modern although the bathroom is very dated. There were 3 very large fluffy bath sheets, two hand towers and two face cloths. Plenty of glasses in the bathroom and the room. A reasonably sized balcony with two chairs and a side table. Curtains are very effective in blocking out morning light. Plenty of pillows. I booked with breakfast and it was full of choices. It was nice to be offered coffee on arrival and egg orders were gladly taken and brought to the table.
