I failed to check on ease of accessibility for my elderly father and there were ALOT of stairs, but like I said that's on me.

Noise of the banging front gate although to be fair that is more a guest issue as the managers hav a clear sign saying please don’t slam the gate.

Great self contained apartments very conveniently located close to the Esplanade and CBD. Great facilities in the apartment with everything you need for a long, or short, stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Amenities, supplies, and sofa bed as compared to just sofa can be improved. Exhaust fan in the bath rooms can be added. A wall mount TV in master bed can be added.

Party noise on Saturday night from another apartment that went to the early hours of Sunday morning, but that happens and hard for owners and staff to be aware of those things.

We loved the location. Great 2 bedroom apartment with all that we needed. Easy to walk to Cairns CBD. Staff were great and accommodating.

Nothing to not like really. The one bathroom with shower adjoined one of bedrooms and so could have been an issue depending on who was staying.

No lift so had to carry heavy suitcases up stairs. Only a few small issues with amenities being broken in the apartment, just needs a little TLC

The bed in one of the rooms was very uncomfortable. I felt the spring from the mattress digging in my back.

Nothing negative to say about this property. All was good.

Great location within easy walking distance to city centre, car parking available on site for those with cars. Big appartment with well-equipped kitchen for self-catering and near to Coles supermarket and local market for buying produce. Comfortable bed, hot shower, kitchen, dining and lounge area in same large space with personal balcony outside - great for watching the changing sky and bird life flying in the skies (especially the flying foxes at dawn or dusk). Pool available for guests to use for safe refreshing swim on relaxation in the spa pool. Friendly staff who shared their knowledge of local places to visit and trips available. Possible to book with many different organisations for trips to see the Barrier Reef by boat and or air (small plane or helicopter flight). The beach side promenade was nice to walk along to see the views over the beach, creative sculptures, information boards and/or beach front restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Air conditioning needs upgrading, very old noisy units in the bedrooms and the one in the lounge just turns off after a short time. The pool surface and the surrounding paving is very hard on the feet and makes swimming too long a bit unpleasant. TV was also really small for the size of the unit, remote didn't work well and WiFi was weak in order to connect your phone/ipad to watch anything. Not a deal breaker by any means, but could use some updating.

Location was good, size of apartment and hotel communication was great. Clean and tidy. Within walking distance to a lot of locations and felt safe.

It was nice, however, there was quite a strong smell in the apartment. Possible been smoked in before, the pantry was exceptionally smelly. Couch and cushions were particularly tired. A nice apartment just needing some TLC

The space was great for a family, rooms large and comfy. Pool was a hit with the kids.
