Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaI did originally have a seperate bath but the upgrade meant I then had a shower over the bath. This wasnt great. The shower head was too short due to the batha nd the bath too short for a decent soak.
I got an upgrade to a balcony with a view. It was super nice to be able to open my door and look out over the river and south perth/vic park

AustraliaOnly have free to air TV. No WIFI attached to the tv so you can watch your own streaming platforms. A little out of date.
Staff were very helpful and we were able to store luggage there before our arrival. Rooms were clean and big enough to feel comfortable. Also had a little balcony to watch the world go by.

AustraliaMy husband has Parkinson’s & we have a Acrod parking card but even though we could get the parking bay we were charged for the two nights parking, he also just came out of hospital on the first night we stayed so I think a little bit of compassion could have been given as a good will gesture. I asked if Acrod parking was free as we’ve stayed in other hotels where it is Perhaps a suggestion half price parking for people with Acrod card $35 per night is quite expensive
The breakfast was good although second day we had sourdough toast which was rock hard so after a quick phone call to room service we were given another batch & it was delicious & dinner room service was delicious also We had dinner at Gusti restaurant which was delicious
