Working around power point locations, for heating and cooking I didn't see the dinner menu until later -would have liked to try the tageen. perhaps mention availability on arrival, also what arrangements for breakfast. I had food with me so it wasn't a problem.

Location was quiet and close to central Orange.

Property double booked and didn't have room for our staff member. No notice from the property that the double booking occurred. Our staff member, Lauren showed up at the property after 4pm and was advised then that they didn't have a room for her and to try elsewhere. Some prior notice would have been appreciated, as well as a refund on the booking would have been appreciated given that it wasn't our error. We booked this property last minute, so it was a non-refundable payment.

The owners cancelled my booking due to operational maintenance issue and because i did not book a suggested property they have ceased communication and have to date not refunded the accommodation they cancelled. Poor form

Just to point out that it would have been good to get a warning that this is someone's private home, not a hotel or motel. No warning about that on Booking.com! Noisy at night and again in the morning with the men talking loudly, footsteps up and down. No soundproofing. The studio was freezing cold on arrival. It would have been courteous to put the heating on prior to a guest's arrival. The facilities were very basic. The electric blanket was not plugged in. Then it took almost 2 hrs to warm up. The heater was a tiny electric heater that barely made a difference. The fireplace only had a fan when you switch it on. No heat. No wood to light the fireplace either... at 3 degrees Celsius. Not a comfortable night at all. I wouldn't call it cozy nor would I recommend this place to stay.

The noise coming from the adjoin housing. Foot steps were heard over the tv we were listing too. The linen on the bed and the towels could do with an update. The toaster and kettle need a shelf of there own as it was dangerous where they were sitting on top of the microwave and the cords were hanging above the appliances whilst they were in use.

The room was clean, the heater heated the room well.

barking dogs next door, on both neighboring sides, however this was only when i was outside, not an issue from inside the property and not something that is under the Host's control no Channel 9 on the TV

I was upgraded to the 3bedroom house, very well equipped, comfortable with great amenities. The décor is simple but tasteful and gives a warm homely feel. I recommend any accommodation by this host, Anees maintains a high standard in all his properties that provide a welcoming, relaxing stay every time I visit Orange for work

That we were changed locations with no explanation to a properly that didn’t meet our needs, was offered to compensation. the bed and the pillow were unsupportive and both my partner and I woke up in pain, kitchenette was subpar

poor quality linen and towel although clean. no hand towel for the bathroom no wine glasses one bedside lamp had no globe very limited cooking and microwave containers/ pans no hairdryer

close to town and bed was very comfortable
