For me the location was ideal as I was doing business at Jandakot and also Perth airports. Lovely area of Perth too.

Marg is a wonderful friendly host who met us on arrival and made us feel right at home.Apartment great with full kitchen facilities right down to having an apron .Fruit bowl milk butter and chocolates there on our arrival. Everything was great!

The apartment is in a beautiful suburb just a short drive from a good supermarket. The ferry terminal and restaurants are approx. an 8 minute drive away. Our host Margie was so friendly and helpful. We were warmly welcomed and felt at home. The fridge was stocked with food as well as the pantry. Very handy and thoughtful.

There was nothing about Como Exec Apartment that was not liked.

The apartment is quiet, beautifully quiet. The host had a bowl of fruit, milk and other items in the fridge. The pantry was stocked with breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, condiments, biscuits. You could walk into this apartment with nothing and have a decent breakfast or smoko. The host did not encroach on our privacy but was friendly and warm. We enjoyed a cuppa together. I will definitely want to stay here again if I return to Perth.

Matched the descriptions and lots of thoughtful additions- like a soda steam, grocery bags, ice bricks, and a pantry with enough staples. Host was very kind. The location suited us and was quiet and in a lovely part of Perth. We will definitely be booking again.

Property is great but a couple of suggested opportunities - better TV in lounge area and ceiling fan in main bedroom in lie of small table fan .

Nothing to stop us staying again, but: Wifi only seemed to work well in the living room, not in the main bedroom or bathroom (Maybe a wifi extender would be useful for this). Out of date foodstuff/sauces left in the kitchen that could be thrown out.

Great location, clean, spacious, private, safe, everything you could possibly need and Marg was a brilliant host! She dropped off some fruit, yoghurt, berries & milk which were a great touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Nothing to dislike, was perfect for us.

Very welcoming host. The little extras that the host thought of, made the stay very special. It was the perfect place for the 3 of us, and was easy to navigate travel around Perth from Como. Felt like home, spotlessly clean. Facilties were great. And beds were very comfortable. Plenty of blankets, comfy lounges. Couldn't have been any better. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family if they are visiting. Thank you Marg.
