Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaApartments were old and tired. Door handles missing etc. New bathroom included a tiny shower, if you are a bigger human, you'd struggle to get in to it. Parking was very tight when car park full. Few near misses.
Location was awesome for the MCG. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

AustraliaThe check in process is confusing as there are 2 seperate sites and we had to check in at one site and drive 100 meters down the road to where we were staying. The stairs are a bit of a pain with a newborn baby and carrying luggage. The rooms were an outdated and could do with cleaning the walls and doors or repainting.
We had an apartment with seperate fully functioning kitchen, however did not use it at all. Separate toilet from the bathroom. Seperate bedrooms one double bed and the other a twin share. Air conditioning worked well.

AustraliaUnfortunately my bed cover was dirty, walls were quite dirty, rooms smelt like smoke and bathroom had an odour. The corner.of the double bed was half off with nails sticking out that I could have stood on, had to put it in the bin.

Didn't like having to get the key from 1 place then walk 350m to find the place & if your not careful to enter the correct town in GPS, you end up wandering i the wrong direction lol.
It was close to the hospital that we were there to visit.

AustraliaDirty room - lots of randoms hairs around the place. Bathroom not very clean - quite dusty and towels had hairs on it. Both beds were uncomfortable - due to age. Old furniture - couch super uncomfortable. Carpet looked and felt old/dirty. Blinds were dirty and not cleaned. Window in bathroom can’t be closed. Noisy hotel. Limited parking. Got the room on sale for $175 but normally $350+ - absolutely not worth that price.
