Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff is informative. They have a kitchen. There is 2 parking next door. I wish they negotiate some discount for hotel customers. They should include parking info and rate in the welcome email. They let me borrow an electric converter.

New ZealandThere wasn't much we didn't like. The kitchen facilities at the top of the building could do with a bit of love, but it wasn't an issue for our morning cereal before exploring. (Plus the outside area is a good spot to sit, but in the chilly weather, some wind protection would go far!
City Centre Budget Hotel met all of our needs! We were spending a night here just to explore the city. The location was perfect, so close to Parliament Station and the free inner city Tram. A great location for China Town, restaurants, the gardens and the theatres. The actual hotel was clean, easy, and exceed expectations for the price. It's basic, but practical. All the other guests were of a similar age (late 20's, early 30's) and everyone was lovely. Minimal street noise of a night too as it's tucked away on a alley street.

MalaysiaThe room had a bit of a musty smell when I entered, so you might want to have room spray or sanitizer to spray it off. Room don’t get cleaned everyday and there’s no air conditioning, just a fan but honestly i came during the summer and it was fine cos temp drops at night.
The location was great! If you are a budget traveller, it’s a pretty decent stay. I mean i only need a place to sleep and shower. Since it is located in CBD, it’s really value for money! It was just a 10min walk from MCG & it’s in between very expensive hotels like the Savoy and Sheraton so felt pretty safe. I got the shared bathroom option since that was the only one available and the baths were pretty decent. There’s 2 where the showers and toilet is in one bathroom so for Muslim travellers this is handy than going for the multiple-dorm like shared bathroom. Rooms don’t get cleaned everyday tho so it’s up to you to maintain it the entire stay. I didn’t opt to use their towels or the laundry facilities but if you’re ok with those then it might be handy.
