Rather than the property, it was the staff. Upon checking in, I was greeted by a Duty Manager. He may be good at his job but it is extremely unfortunate that he may not be aware of the importance of not announcing a guest’s room number as it may be safe for the guest. I received my room number but was quite uncomfortable so I returned back to the front desk to let him know that. The first thing he ask was ‘what’s wrong with the room number?’ ‘did you use the room?’ Rather than, admitting and apologising for the mistake. It might be the case because he did not know what mistake he did. As someone who have worked in the hospitality industry, we were taught since day 1, the severity this can cause. This was one of the issue. An example of amenities missing was something small but an example was hotel slippers. My room didn’t have one and I wasn’t a big fan of walking on carpets as they are not 100% clean compared to a normal floor.

The room was great - bigger compared to most of the other hotels, tho lacking a few amenities that I’d expect from a five-star hotel. The bed was comfy too. Lots of new tech in room available.

Great refurbishment, fresh, modern, casual, chic. Comfortable room, bed, effective easy to control air con. Pool deck is nice, albeit small and maybe a little light on atmosphere. Love that their in room coffee / tea mugs are proper mugs

Hotel amenities could be improved, you can tell it’s an old building and a few things could be improved on the outside/cosmetically. Check in was a bit slow as there was only one person serving initially.

Overall it was a great stay, rooms and hotel were nice and modern. Beds were comfy, bathroom facilities worked well and the shower was great. Room was nicely furnished/decorated.

We were happy when we arrived, however, in the early evening, it was impossible to reach the reception or room service by phone. I eventually had to phone Uber Eats to purchase dinner for my elderly mother, my grandson and myself. This was all due to a Launch Party in the Lobby Bar. It was very disappointing.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was well-appointed and quiet. The city view was lovely. The Service in person was great.

The elevators are a little slow, but if you’re not in a rush, then they’re fine.

The property is stunning! Great value for money. We had 4 adults (women) in a room and it was very spacious considering there were no “bedrooms”.

We were greeted by Jordan on arrival who was very welcoming. He was happy to assist with an early check in and answer any questions we had. Also a prime location to an amazing little bar just up the road.

aircon didnt seem to be working nearly as efifciently as it should. leftover room service trays just sat in the hallway overnight kind of a weird look. also parking not being included and being a seperate $35 fee is insane for how fancy of a place this is.

The car park is confusing There’s this little smell that comes in when you open your room door and it’s not a good smell During breakfast . Meals were running out , you have to tell the staff to fill it up during the waiting time i loose appetite The breakfast is expensive at 38dollar

It is clean . Car park is cheap at 10dollar at weekends and 19dollar weekdays
