We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe stayed in the wooden tent accommodation, it would have been good for one night stay but not for 3 night stay. It was so small but cute. Glad I had my water bottle for warmth.
The location was great. The internet was terrible, couldn't connect. The facilities were great. The camp kitchen was good, and I was glad I could access it after 9pm so I could fill up the kettle for my water bottle as it was really cold at nights,

AustraliaI had to get more supplies after 3 days, having 4 adults in the cabin. The older staff member only provided us with 1 roll of toilet paper. She seemed unhappy parting with it. The towels were rough & scratchy.
We stayed at BIG4 Port Willunga for 8 days. It seemed clean, friendly, helpful staff. When I had to get more, the younger person was extremely helpful and supplied us with plenty, and I didn't need to go back to reception. A part from that, the stay was great. We will stay there again.

It was a first time experience and loved it. Nice little wooden cabin. Spacious enough and had just everything right. Price was reasonable and enjoyed the stay. Coded gate for entry and exit, with common facilities available. Lots of activities for everyone in every age.

AustraliaThere was no hot water one morning which wasn’t addressed by park staff. Our cabin neighbours told us there was a gas leak in their cabin and the gas had to be turned off, but they’d been shown how to turn it back on, which they did to cook their breakfast, potentially risking a fire!

The cabins were spacious, clean and comfortable and our cabin had an oven which was very useful. The property was a perfect venue to accommodate lots of our family members, allowing for large group activities and also privacy

AustraliaOne of the inflatables wasn’t working and felt the hours were a bit limiting. In summer the hours of 10-4 were in the middle of the day and the castle was burning hot the majority of time. Would have been nicer if more towards the end of the day/twilight. Pump track also needs some maintenance and repairs as some sections had holes/were dangerous.
Cabin was great and kids really enjoyed the facilities. Location was excellent for accessing the beach.

AustraliaThe timber tent we stayed in becomes uncomfortably hot in full sunshine. The roof covering is very dark and soaks up heat. And it keeps the heat overnight.
This is a very well organised tourist park. The staff are efficient. The park is kept clean.
