You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyIt was proper value for money. I lived in a "hostel" room and it was as expected, no more and no less. Kitchen is fine too with great outside sitting area. The bitch behind the property is absolutely gorgeous. Yes, the bar nearby is loud but I was aware of it before booking the room, hence no surprises and complains from me. I was tired and slept despite the music.

It has some of the simplest amenities that exist when choosing a hostel: the beds on the top have a small shelf on the wall, plugs to charge your cell phone, and a curtain that gives you more privacy. I had to leave the place before my booked ended and they refunded me the same day the money for those days that I was not there. Very honestly people!

DenmarkThe staff was very helpful with whatever question I had. Arriving late and leaving late is no problem as they'll give you a code to the doors to enter and let you leave your stuff until midnight. The location was great - close to all desired things. The common areas are super with many different activities and places to hang and it doesn’t feel like you sit on top of each other even though there are many people. Kitchen is good with all the stuff you need. Highly recommended place!
The kitchen may be a little small so you can't cook too many at a time. But this is just a minor problem. Can't think of anything else

I had to stay an extra night and though it was full they prepared a bed for me in the staff room. Wonderful people who create a very friendly environment :) lots of activities to do every day, highly recommended!

Very accessible facilities, clean toilets/showers, comfy beds in shared mixed dorms with curtains for privacy, lots of places to lounge and relax. Plenty of books and video games available, as well as a pool table and other game tables. The kitchen is fully equipped and kept clean regularly by staff. The staff was the best part of the experience- everyone is kind, funny, sociable, and laid-back. Lots of cool expeditions and activity suggestions provided, the team at Beachside Backpackers really is dedicated to making sure everyone has a great time passing through Port Mac. And of course, special shoutout to the mascot and sweetheart of the place: Chili!

Nice community hostel, vibes were good! Had to checkout at 11 am, but the greyhound bus departed at 1 am the next night, so luckily we could wait in the hostel!
