Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOnly issue we had was the linens were clean but had a few tiny blood stains on the pillowcase that was off putting. Also the location of the light switch behind the fridge was difficult to access.
Location is great and easy to get to with off street parking. Apartment is well laid out and comfortable. Easy check in and staff very welcoming and showed us to our apartment. Bed was really comfortable and the apartment was clean if a bit dated. We really appreciated the little bit of laundry powder under the basin. It was a bonus to have the washer & dryer in the apartment. Great location, only a block from the tram and on the tram line for the markets or zoo.

MalaysiaThe location is near to the tram station but you need to use Myki Card because it is located outside Free Tram Zone. Can purchase Myki Card at Pharmacy nearby. The staff very helpful, try to get the room ready earlier abt 12 noon coz we arrived early in the morning. there is a free parking on site. The facilities- kitchenette, washing machine ,dryer well function. Aircond is located in the living hall. And as a Muslim, there is a Halal Cafe Royal Kebab Cafe around 3 min walking distance and the Halal Snack Pack was delicious and large portion can eat for 2 pax.
